This Bad Boy location on Federal Way is AWESOME! The food is always good and the service is impeccable. These reviews are not accurate. We have eaten here at least 20+ times and have never had bad food or service. I urge you to go and try it out for yourself you won’t be disappointed. Finally a burger place that is not a cheap, gross franchise. Support your local business!!

NEVER a disappointing meal and the beautiful lady who works the drive thru has a smile that just brightens up your day!
I bought a burger here, drove 3 miles to get home, it was completely cold. It was a thin little patty I would expect to get at a chain restaurant. Not from a place that claims to specialize in burgers. Did they pull it out of a warmer?? And the size was ridiculously small. What happened to those Mom and Pop shop healthy sized servings?

Wow! We've ordered twice in the last two weeks off ubereats. We've gotten both the fries and the tots and they both arrived warm and still crunchy, not soggy We got ranch, fry sauce and tarter and I'd give them all 5/5 worth the .50. Large container and great taste. Now the cheeseburger, I got standard - added onion and it's so good, the char broiled taste is great and it is huge for under $7. If you live close by, in SE Boise and want something delivered for inexpensive look no further. I was shocked, both orders under $20 DELIVERED (each). tonight we got burger, tots, sauce, vanilla shake and I ended at $22 with tip because I went back and added more tip since it came honestly within 20 minutes.
