Not impressed with customer service. I had two punch cards - the last refused to take one of them but took the other. Gave no explanation why she refused to take it but looked at the initials and said no. It's almost full so that is really aggravating. They are only selling medium drinks even though there are no refills. They have large cups so why can't they sell them? Didn't feel comfortable inside so went outside to eat. The tables are filthy. I ended up eating in my car. The food is great but needs a lot of work in customer service.

Laura doesn't want to work apparently, she chose not to help a customer who had made an order online. She was extremely unpleasant and unhelpful. Hopefully they can find someone who actually wants to work, instead of a body that is just there to collect a paycheck.

I used to come here weekly when I didn’t bring my lunch to work. I love how they grill the tortillas for the burritos. My favorite is the Chicken Baja Burrito and chips. I bet the other meal options are just as good, but I’ve never wanted to give up on the known great taste of my favorite.
