My wife ordered a coffee with coconut milk as she is highly allergic to dairy. They sent her regular milk instead.She spent the next 6 hours on the toilet in terrible pain and wound up bleeding from it. She called them to let them know their mistake, and they wouldn't admit any wrongdoing. They were very rude and all they said was "we will check the cameras"My wife only called to inform them of the mistake and have them be a little more careful in the future, but they got incredibly defensive.We won't be ordering here again.
Matcha was yummy, but I kept coming back during my short vacation for the Boise made breakfast pastries! Staff was a collection of very positive & kind college kids.

Used to be a big fan, really good coffee most of the time. The last couple times we have been we wanted to try pastries but have nut allergies. Twice now not one barista in the shop could answer and responded with “we can not confirm or deny if there are nuts in any of the pasties” even after we explained we didn’t mean contamination. Just asking if there were chunks of nuts baked in. Their response was to google it and they acted like we were weird and rude for wanting to know if the chocolate chip muffins had ingredients that could kill my best friend.
