Employees moved at a snail's pace, it took 30 minutes to get to me when there are only two people in front of me. Customer service was no better I only acted with a male but he was annoyed short tempered and the only words he spoke to me was repeating the menu items that I had already ordered five times after I said I understood. Food itself was poorly wrapped and was in pieces when I opened it, taste wise I couldn't finish it.I'm sorry, I've worked service for 7 years and even subway for one of those. I know how tough it is and the struggles. But this was my first introduction to blimpies and let's just say, I haven't had a worse experience at a food place before.

We came to have lunch and it was very unprofessional. The employees were agueing in the back cause it was shift change. We needed them to make a sandwich and they put the wrong cheese on it and no lettuce. Then I needed gluten free and they had no sign saying they where out of it. They guy told me they have been out of for a week or so. So I got a salad. But the guy had an attitude the whole time that we where here. And couldn't rember what I said I wanted on my salad. Also my boyfriend went to the restroom only to have the girl working here to take a key to the door and walk in on him. This place is messed up. We will not be coming back. Worst place we have ever been and rude.

Called in an order for a large box of Blimpie Sliders for a team event we were holding down the street that evening. The staff on the phone were super friendly and helpful during ordering. We picked up the sandwiches later that day for our event. Our order was ready on time, and they had all the fixings to go with our sliders. The food was fresh and delicious and the whole team enjoyed it! Thank you for your wonderful service!

Revisit this pumpy's often, most the time the service is wonderful but there have been a few times that are sandwiches are brightly topped. Not enough times to stop us from going but enough times that we usually think twice. The Hoboken hero is my favorite and my husband's too. I would recommend it in the non busy times to ensure that your sandwich is talked correctly.

Slow, very slow for 4 sandwichs. My bag was also missing the Au Jus gravy for my sandwich and the gravy was the only reason I wanted that sandwich. Just remembered another thing. I needed the bathroom key and not one person out of 4, asked me anything while I stood 7 minutes between the coffee area, bathroom, and cashier. The guy at the end of the sandwitch line laughed at the fact I was still standing there. He told the cashier to talk to me. I asked for the key to the restroom and she giggled as she handed it to me.

Food was okay but once i bit into my meatball sub the meat balls tasted freezer burnt and uncooked. i am pregnant and now feel sick. The workers were nice but i just feel that the food service could be better.

Whoever was working here on 4/16 after 3 needs to get their ducks in a row. There was one person taking orders making sandwiches (despite there being two blimpies employees there) and he was not the person who should've been working, he had to ask for my order multiple times. They were just getting in each others way, and that includes the one moxi java employee there. The sandwich was good though

I was the only person in the drive thru- took 20 minutes and all I ordered was a wrap, large sandwich and a gift card. My wrap was hard and not done properly, I had to dump the contents into a bowl to eat it. The bacon on the sandwich was not heated correctly and GUACAMOLE is NOT recommended on a BLT. Training seems inadequate at this location. The employee was nice the food however not so much.
