Pretty upset about this place. I’m gluten free and asked some basic questions, the front staff didn’t know, so they got the manager. No big deal, except the manager came out and pretty rude saying “They didn’t know what was gluten free and if I was worried about it to not order anything.” I walked away, and once I figured out what I wanted I just asked to see the labels of the few ingredients included, and did they have an allergen guide. She came out and repeated what she said earlier, and begrudgingly showed me labels which were in fact gf! So disappointing that they were so rude. Lost my business. There’s no allergen info online either. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone with any allergy. ??Dietary restrictions: NO ALLERGEN INFO

The kids working here don't seem to care about customer service and one actually tried to get lippy when she misheard my order. Stupid little eye roll almost set me over the edge...

I've been coming to the downtown location for a few years now and have never had a bad experience hence the five starts but today was different. My order was completely forgotten for well over twenty minutes and no compensation nor apology was attempted. They also asked me to repeat my order at least three times and the blended drink I received was significantly more watery than usual. Granted, it was busy but what prompted me to leave the review was that the two employees seemed to be playing around a bit engaging in friendly banter and gossip. I fully understand trying to have a good time on the job, but the priority is the work itself and should be completed before play. Regardless, I still highly recommend and I'm sure it was just an off day.

Looks like they threw this place together in a day and hired a bunch of kids. They don’t know how to make boba tea. It was grainy and gritty. The boba was bitter and it was original boba. I have never had a bitter taste from that before. Don’t waste your

Nice people but the drinks is just powder mix. Super sweet and milky. You can't taste the flavors. Tried it several times to see if it was just a bad day but it's not real boba tea. All the locations are like this.

As a tourist in Boise, this boba shop really intrigued me as I was recommended by a few people NOT to visit here. I walked in and the decor was unique… The menu was insultingly simple and looked down on my intelligence calling the tapioca pearls “rEgULaR.” The line for boba had 2 orders ahead of me and it still took around half an hour for me to get my drink. The wait was not worth it. The ratio between ice, tea, and boba was worse than Whale tea and even worse than dolphin tea! Oh, sorry, did I say tea?? Whatever the drink was, it was definitely not tea. I got the lychee tea and it tasted like painkillers. I asked for no ice but was still given a cup filled 50% with ice! I should have listened to everyone and not gone in the first place, but I feel like it was my duty to try it and not build a judgement off of the opinions of the locals, EVEN IF THEY MIGHT BE RIGHT!

I’m an original milk tea girl and that’s what i got! Love that they have poppers too! Lychee is my favorite.
