Burger was good. Brussel sprouts were the best!. So many French fry options. Had the yam fries and they were good. I do think the 9 dipping sauces are mostly geared towards potatoes. The garlic aioli was ok, but uninspiring.Vegetarian options: They have a mushroom based burger, the FunGuy.

I've given Boise Fry Company a chance twice now, at two different locations, and unfortunately, both experiences fell short of my expectations. On my most recent visit, the issues were particularly disappointing. The bun and fries were soggy, a crucial misstep for a place renowned for its fries. Moreover, the bison burger, which I was eager to try, had a gamy taste that didn't hit the mark for me. Compounding the dissatisfaction was the fact that my order wasn't delivered as requested.It's disheartening to encounter such consistent issues across different locations of the chain, especially when it comes to fundamental aspects like the quality of fries and the preparation of the bison. These experiences have led me to decide not to return.I hope this feedback serves as a constructive critique, highlighting areas where Boise Fry Company could improve. Ensuring the consistency of food quality and accuracy of orders across all locations is vital for customer retention and satisfaction.

Wow, go off Boise! Not only was the food excellent, but the service was even better. They answered all our questions with kindness and even came over to ask us how we wanted our veggie burgers to be prepared. We ordered: One Funguy (70% beef, 30% mushroom) One veggie burger (grilled) One kids veggie burger (10yo) One grilled cheese (12yo) Gold fries small Purple fries small Quinoa salad (don't sleep on this!!) It was amazing. They have a sauce bar (Um, coolest!!) and salt bar. A salt bar for your fries!!! Super unique stuff. Loved all of the items we had. Tip them! They are hardworking and deserve it.

Lots of varieties of fries to enjoy. Very tasty and fresh. Love the variety of dipping sauces. The burgers are tasty and fresh also. Fresh veggies on top. Went in on a Sunday and it was very busy but the wait wasn't too long. They make a very nice chocolate milkshake. There's a decent amount of seating for the space. No truck parking.

The po boys tasted burnt and the fries tasted like the oil needed to be changed. The kids meal is just a little slider that didn't have any condiments in it. We paid over $40. For that price I have higher expectations.

Very good, real burger. Fries were also excellent. I like the different fry options and I love all the dipping sauce options! My vegan friend actually chose to come here because he likes their vegan burger. I've been here before, and it seems like they've improved over time. The service was very friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be back here.
