Boba was good, not the best in the boise area. The service here was awful. The workers seemed very unwelcoming and annoyed that there were people in their store. I tried to ask questions but they were super short and seemed irritated. Self serve boba is a fun concept, but I don't think i'll be back.

I also tried the waffle and it was drier than the sauna I used last night. The interior was nice and clean, and there's lots of parking in the shopping center.

Great and fun self serving boba bar. My kids loved this and it was a great experience for everyone. Everything seemed cleaned and sanitary. The man working was so kind and even replaced my daughters drink for free. after we spilled it.

They were out of honey boba and we had to wait 15 minutes for it for my daughter, but they were so nice and respectful when we came back that I would go there everyday. The check out lady was beautiful, so that helped,

Really cool atmosphere with a unique twist on boba. They contantly have different rotations of flavors coming in and out, so nothing gets old.
I took my kiddos to give it a try, as it had been recommended to me. They LOVED it, 5 out of 5 stars from them, as they could pick their own toppers and drinks and combo them however they saw fit!For myself I would give it a 2.5-3 out of 5. I got just the straight Taro milk tea with brown sugar pearls. The Taro tasted almost soured(?) to me, and the pearls were super sweet. I wouldn't go again for my own drink, but I would take my kids for their own drink concoction if we were in the area.

Randy was an absolute gent, me and my two sisters went in around 2 months ago and I completely forgot to write my review. Randy was 99% closed as we walked in and when we offered to leave he told us it was no big deal at all and asked what we wanted. The customer service was insanely good and I give it 5 stars. The tea was insane, 10/5 that s*** was gas. Definitely coming back, anyone who gave a negative review should suck it up.

Since we had never been there before, they told us that you choose the size(large or small) you want, the type of boba (brown sugar or honey), and then you fill it up with the liquid. Pretty cool concept!I liked how clean and spacious the dining area was. I was also grateful that they offered me a sample cup so I could try the flavor options. I tried all of the milk tea options, and ended up going with the winter melon milk tea.The boba was cooked really well and was pretty firm. I chose the brown sugar boba, as recommended by the staff. Once I mixed in the liquid I couldn’t really taste the brown sugar any more though.Overall, I had a positive experience! It’s not my favorite boba I’ve ever had, but it had decent flavors, tons of options, friendly staff, and service was fast!I want to come back and try their bubble waffle. The pictures on their social media make it look really delicious!

I LOVE bubbles and boba! they have so many flavors of boba and drinks and the bubble waffles are soooo good! Sadie, Shayla, Sophie and Sydney and so cool and always super friendly and fun to talk to. I WILL be coming back.
