The only thing this location has going for it is the fact it is consistently a let down. Missing items, luke warm food, low communication skills, etc. This last time was it for me after getting three croissanwiches for me and my boyfriend and onlyn one had halfway melted cheese 20 minutes later. I understand the food being cold after that time but for zero evidence that the food was even warm, ie the cheese still could nearly he pulled of the sandwich whole, this place is a joke. Won't be returning.

A couple days ago. Burger King advertises Free Whopper if u spend 3 dollars, No urge to surge special making fun of Wendys Surge Pricing. So we send our 16 year old for his first time trying BK. He is told that special ended and they charged him 10 dollars for a whopper and fries, no drink. He said McDonalds big mac and fries taste way better and is much cheaper. BK did a great job ensuring he will never visit again.

Sometimes okay other times not food depends on employees on shifts it seems. Cashiers are always good but quality of meal is a gamble every visit. Half the time it isn't worth half of what prices are.

Ordered one burger and one order of fries. 15 minutes later I've got my money back and headed out. Ice machine had no ice and half the sodas were unavailable. Pick one of their clean tables, if you can find one. I'll never go back to this poorly ran Burger King. 2 thumbs

Do not order during the day. The day time crew that assemble the burgers during the day do not pay attention to order details. Ordered a double whopper without tomato, onion or pickles and instead got a single whopper with everything on it. When back inside with the receipt and told the young girl at the counter that this was not what I ordered. Didn't even bother to look at the receipt to see order details, turned around and spoke Spanish to an older lady who was assembling burger orders. What came out was a single patty again and a bun. I'm usually not one to care if English is understood or not, but if you can't read and understand English on a screen to get an order right, they should not be on the assembly line to begin with. Never have this problem with the night crew.

30 minutes for 2 whooper Jr's & 2 value frys. The. When I asked where my food was they proceeded to tell me they don't have the buns this location sucks! The guy was only one running counter while the manager with short hair was playing on her phone as well as the cook & dancing not doing there job. patrick you need to come get this crew together. The Meridian locations would never!
Meh. Typical service experience from kids who have no direction or motivation. I was the third vehicle in the drive thru, and it took 20 minutes from the time I ordered to get the food. And I didn't order anything complicated. Just normal food straight from the menu. Asked for a burger with cheese. Didn't get cheese. Food was haphazardly thrown together.

I ordered four Whopper Junior duos. Through the drive-thru waited for 15 minutes got to the window and they didn't even have my order. So they turned around and handed me someone else's order. Night shift is pretty. They need to fix their employee situation!!!!!

usually i go here and everything is great and correct, but this time, i sat at the drive thru speaker for a good 10 minutes waiting with a like of cars behind me, then they finally took my order, i receive it, i have a quarter of the regular amount of fries, the wrong order of chicken, and the complete opposite kind of burger i asked for. the food as extremely cold too
