Absolutely horrible service. It's 830pm and there lobby hours are till 9pm. While trying to knock on the window to see what's going on one of the employees thought it would be real professional to laugh at me. With people sitting inside and at the play ground. Will never go back here

Avoid this place and especially avoid the mobile app. The BK employees have are not authorized to make even the simplest decision to make things right. The location is never busy and I now understand why.

Just tried the drive through, no customers in the building or drive through, but was told to wait a moment to take our order. No one ever came to the speaker. We waited a solid 4-5 minutes before we drove on.

Love this location. Most outgoing staff, managers are funny and so caring. Food including fries always fresh and hot. Whitch we can never get fresh and hot fries other places. Always luke warm. My family drives extra miles and passing other burger king to get to this one. Play land and lobby is always clean and place for straws, lids and napkins organized and full any time we come in. Outside as well always so clean. Most inviding restaurant in town. Thank you all so much. Took me a while to show my appreciation being busy, but I took this moment to share with all.Dietary restrictions: I had a questions about food, allergic reasons. Manager is so knowledgeable and took his time to explain which it was helpful and understanding. He told me that they will sanitize before making our food. I watched the whole thing. They sanitized the kitchen, all went to sink washing their hands and got new gloves. He stood in kitchen to see that they do it right. Then as they made our food, manager showed me on the paper that they put on trays that explains all nutritional information as well. AmazingParking: Also there is extra parking in the back of the restaurant. Sometimes we used the back parking lot where it becomes pupular locaton.Kid-friendliness: Playland, slides always clean

Went here around 8PM for dine in and was surprised to see that every chair that could be moved had already been placed on top of the tables. This is typically done near closing time, except for the dining room didn't close for almost 2 more hours. This location has an indoor playground and I noticed a couple of families taking advantage of it. Can't really say much since I only saw it as I walked past. Seemed decently clean, but looks can be deceiving. Menu options were different than other burger kings I had somewhat recently been to in other cities/states which also surprised me. I would have thought the menu was pretty well set nationally, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Got a whopper meal, medium size. Food came out as expected and decently warm. Got some ketchup from the pump dispenser and it was very watery. Not sure if it is the brand being used, or a cost saving measure but it just wasn't the most pleasant consistency. Typical fast food experience. Didn't have to wait long to order or for the food to be prepared. It is a decent Burger King, but is still just that at the end of the day.
I've never had anywhere the negative experience with fast food as I did at this restaurant. I got in the drive thru line behind two cars. More car quickly boxed me in so I had to wait. It took them 35 minutes go get to my order, and I had a three year old in the car. By the time I got to the speaker the person on the other side was incredibly disrespectful from the jump. I was polite at first, but after trying to ask a question and getting borderline yelled at, i just drove away. If this is the service provided, I'd be shocked if this place could keep its doors open too much longer.

Their system lost my online order. I showed them my order and receipt and they ignored me for 10 more minutes and the to tell me again I didn't pay. Finally someone gave me the wrong order. I showed them again and they finally listened and once again didn't get it right. At least they got two out of three items right that time and a free drink. I had to just take it and leave as I was almost late for work by then.
