If I could give this service zero stars, I would first I ordered a Cobb salad and asked for blue cheese dressing. She put the dressing on the salad when I realized I needed more blue cheese dressing for my salad. I went up to the counter to have the register for her tell me they haven't had blue cheese dressing and three months so the girl lied to me without me knowing and putting ranch on my salad was a huge disappointment. And the manager was so rude and not helpful and it was just a terrible service all in all I would not recommend this location or Hannah who makes your salads

The person who collects payments!! They ALWAYS TOUCH CASH/CARDS , and with same gloves pick up my piece of bread and strawberry and put on my plate!!!!!’ You are making people really sick!!!! Cashier should not be touching food at all after doing cash register without hands washed and new gloves!!!!! In Have a seriously health compromised child. I asked them to change their gloves and they looked at me like I was crazy. I don’t want to eat the debris and bacteria off somebody’s five dollar bill.!!! May as well just lick the five dollar bill with what you were doing! I have mentioned it to this location directly, with only to be given attitude for asking them to change gloves and bringing it to their attention!! No real change! This is disgusting, and so dangerous to immune compromised people, especially!! Get it together Zupa manger!!

We don't have Zupas where we live so it's nice to see, after 2 years being away, that the food is still as good as I remember.

Wish they had more gluten free options for soup. Salads are amazing especially the Cali cob! Customize anything you get. 4 star on service isn't they employee's fault. They are being pushed to fulfill the online orders before dine-in.

WOOO! This place is the best Zupas I’ve visited. Aziz was the best! Got ~3 meals for less than $30 and felt 50x better than a meal at McD’s.
Dontese makes each interaction feel so personal like there’s not a store full of people around you! It’s awesome.
