My husband and I have been here about four times. Each time it is a tossup with how much food we will get and how good the service is, just depending on who's working. The first time that we came was a terrible experience and we almost never came back, but I like the taste of the food and the sauces so we did. The other two times we came were fine, questionable service with teenagers who look like they would rather die than be on shift. today, however, we were given the tiniest portion of rice I've ever seen and were threatened to be charged double when I asked for a little bit more. Customer service is nonexistent. The manager was standing right there and gave rude remarks about how her employees are not following the rules and policies when it comes to portion sizes, which apparently are meant for small children. overall, the experience was very bad because employees were extremely rude, demeaning, and treated us like we were stupid. Not how a customer should feel, anywhere. So weird. Overall, we were charged way more this trip than any other trip yet got the same amount of food if not less. Won't be back to this offputting ass location.

Our first time here. Burrito (beef) was very sweet and was only just okay, nothing special. My wife had beef tacos, and she wasn't happy and could not eat them. The lettuce was old and brown and unappetizing. The beef was mostly beef fat. All in all, we won't be back.

For Door Dash I must say they've been decent when it comes to speed. In the event that you have to wait for your order though you're screwed. You might as well cancel and go somewhere else. They have no problem serving a line with well over ten people before making the order you're waiting on. Literally they'll make sure the line is completely gone and seated and already paid before helping you get your order. It made me about black out rage but I just said thanks when I finally got my order and I left. I explained later when I got pulled over by a cop why I was so mad. Smh. Also not the first time this happened at this location. It's happened enough to make me write this review. As a customer I like the food. Don't get me wrong it's decent food but like I said they have no problem screwing over online order drivers. Probably won't ever come back to this location again.

Twin Falls ID Cafe Rio has go e downhill every time you go they are out of something ! tonight out of rice and pork be 30-45 mins at 6:30pm isn't that main part of all food?

This place has gone downhill. The prices are up at least $2 per entree since 2021. The portions are smaller. The food doesn't taste the same. I've been coming here for at least 6 years. Today, my food was mediocre, the prices as high as ever (they also want a tip on top, there is no service, I bus my own table, get my own drink). I won't be back anytime soon. I used to adore the sweet pork- it's really salty now and you only get 4 bites of meat in the whole meal. The small tortilla strips are dinner. They taste like the fake Doritos. The beans are the same, the rice is lackluster (it used to have a flavor) the lettuce is now ultra shredded for some meals. Overall- nothing good about this place anymore.

Hit or miss place, last time i ordered pollo azado salad and it was bbq chicken instead. It was too busy to say anything, every one was stressed. To many costumers for one person on the line.

This establishment has me so mad right now. You're employees are extremely rude when they get things wrong...which was everything. They started over, with a lot of attitude, and then gave me the mistake one! They were mad at explaining their menu and options. I have ordered through door dash and know they can do better. The girl that acted in charge has zero customer service skills...any of my employees treated a customer like that they would be immediately dismissed. Never eating here again.
