Love Cafe Rio!! This location... not at all. Avoid it if possible! They probably do well with online orders so can give the minimum customer service possible. We've tried it a handful of times. It's always pretty empty but takes longer than any Cafe Rio we go to. Today there was no one in line and when we went up to order, the manager? was working on an online order I assume and she said "You'll have to wait" and continued working on the order. After waiting another 5 minutes or so and no other info offered, I told her I don't think they understand the idea of a restaurant. We exchanged words, she wouldn't tell me her name and then flicked her hand at the door and told me to go... haha. We went to the location by the mall and had a great lunch.

Ordered a fire grilled steak burrito with extra meat through door dash, definitely wasn't grilled steak. Not sure what they subbed it with but it wasn't grilled steak.

The workers are so welcoming and they don’t short you on the portions. They engage in conversation and are so polite to everyone they meet. Thank you cafe Rio for the amazing food and experience!

We drove to this location because we think it's newer and nicer. However, tonight we arrived at 7:00pm to eat in. They were out of the steak and out of chips and salsa and queso. We asked when they would be making more and they said they were finished for the night. Everyone else who ordered while we ate in the dining room had items that weren't offered as well. It was disappointing but the food was good.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Placed a Door Dash pick up order today, Friday 12/8 at about 11:15-11:30. My husband went to pick up our food. He got there promptly when it was supposed to be ready, maybe even a little earlier. Find out someone stole our food, we think another dasher or over eats driver. They refused to remake our food! My husband had to argue with them for 30 minutes. They wanted proof from door dash. My husband showed them the name it was under and everything as we share the app. Still refused. Worst service. As someone who has worked customer service over 10 years, that is absurd. We didn't want money back, we just wanted our food. Will not EVER be back. I hope the lady who was the on refusing gets a big lesson in customer service, she needs it.
