I used to only eat chic fil a, then one Sunday it was closed. So I went next door and bought Carls. Honestly I wasn’t expecting much, but then OB immediately made my day better when he greeted me when I walked in. And ElMiras burger was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had, I’m going to order here from now on!! I don’t like Reese.

I don't ever have high expectations for fast food places. However, this Carl's Jr, and specifically the woman who helped me, gave me such a pleasant surprise the other day when I ordered through the drive-through. My food was made to order and Elmira was such a wonderful woman who made the experience the highlight of my day! I'll definitely go back and support her, and I hope that she is recognized for her excellent service. She really went above and beyond!

I wish I had taken photos of what they say is an order of onion rings for $3.49! It seemed to be a kids size with literally (4) onion rings!! The onion rings were old and cold. I opened my western bacon and there was BBQ sauce EVERY WHERE. One tiny onion ring, no bacon just A LOT of sauce.I took it back and showed the guy at the window and he then told me that my onion rings were the right size and Carls is famous for messy burgers?! WHAT?! I’ve been going to Carls Jr for over 40 years and my western was NEVER made this sloppy and wrong. My onion rings have always been in a medium sized container with more than 4 cold, stale onion rings.They remade the western bacon cheeseburger with still no bacon. I asked him why and his response was that they didn’t put strips of bacon on it anymore just bacon crumble?! WHAT??They gave me fresh onion rings in the right sized container. Same size as I have always received before.As, I was sitting in the drive through there was a lady, who didn’t seem to be an employee, and her small daughter laughing and talking to someone in the kitchen that I couldn’t see. Then they both left from behind the counter and the daughter had her bike??I’m not sure if they were shorthanded or what but the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth! Literally!! Not professional AT ALL!I will not be going back to that location ever again!!
