Chicken was so burnt and crunchy. I just ate it anyway due to not wanting to maneuver through that parking lot again. I think I will just go to a different location from now on. This location ain't worth it.

No black beans, no med salsa, most of the meat trays were empty and what was left didn’t look very appetizing. I haven’t been to a Chipotle in at least 5 years or more and won’t be going back ever.

Rude employee. I did flip him off FYI due to how I was treated. If they have a policy it should apply to everyone. If they don't apply it to everyone obviously discrimination going on. When i asked for his name would not provide either, he told me to do my job. A manager needs to contact me. Feedback has also been left via chipotle site.

Chat this place actually sucks. One day I go and they have NO BOWLS. Like how does that even happen. And today I go in, no rice, no cheese, no guacamole. It’s ridiculous. The place is ran by a bunch of kids who don’t care about anything and truly make this dining experience miserable. Will be doing everything in my power to avoid this place going forward.

This was the worst place I could have ever walked into. Food was cold! And when I asked to warm it up they said no we can't don't worry it should be warm, "don't worry!" Wrong! It was definitely cold so when I went back to get a refund shift manager John was super rude told me he couldn't refund me anything and wouldn't give me his store mangers number like really you think I won't figure it out!? Was told to sit down like a little kid to get a refund number or "get out of my store" was his exact words no I'm not sitting down i just need my number! Don't go not worth your time worst customer serice I have ever delt with!!

Best Chipotle in Idaho. My experience was very good. Employees were nice and management too.The guac was actually fresh and not brown like the Chipotle on Chinden in Meridian.The Whole30 bowl was good. ?? would come back.

There is an employee here who practically throws my change at me and is very rude. And don't think she gives me my five dollar discount when I bring it in. I'm being cheated at this place. Plus some days they make the burritos smaller and your not getting your money's worth. A ten dollar burrito is not Taco Bell

Ordered 1 hour and 45 minutes before close. We’re not stocked up on anything. A good majority of it running low. Only customer in the ordering line but had to wait while 3 employees had a conversation with each other. I don’t expect much from chipotle but this was just a bad experience overall.

So disappointed. I was going to get food from Panda Experss next door. I decided to go pick up from Chipotle instead, because it was right next door. Inside I saw people sitting and playing with a ping pong ball across several tables, and a few other people inside. Not crowded by any means on a Sunday afternoon. I walk up to the line and There's 2 big signs saying online orders only. I looked at an employee to double check I couldn't order, and they said sorry, buy no orders in person. So I left and got Panda Express. It doesn't seem like a reasonable policy to me except maybe on a busier time of day. Possibly they could determine to be online only during bust times or something. Or maybe I would have felt better if a sign was posted outside on the door so I didn't go in and look dumb.
