It's a very casual, easy place to hang out. I loved talking with the server, and learning about the wine variety they have at Coiled. As someone who loves California grapes, I enjoyed the tasting but didn't love them enough to buy any bottles... however, i loved hanging out at Coiled with my friends. If I find myself in Boise again, I would go back.

I had the best experience here! Angela is amazing! My friend and I came here while she was visiting and tried the red and the white flights. Angela was helpful and kind and really went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience. And if the experience itself wasn't enough to bring me back, the wine was amazing! The best Petite Sirah around! Thanks Coiled and Angela for being excellent at what you do!

I was basically a “wine virgin” when I walked into Coiled with a friend on Saturday, visiting from Utah. Kenny took SUCH GOOD CARE OF US. He let us taste many wines and was very knowledgeable of them. He was so much fun to hangout/visit with - just great company! I would go back just to visit with him again! He started out our night on the town in the best way possible! Can’t wait to come back!

Mel and Kenny are the best hosts! The wine is also amazing, ( I am from Walla Walla, we know good wine!) but honestly, I buy when the service and the wine are top notch. Mel and Kenny made us feel so welcome, along with a couple of locals who couldn’t say enough good things about the wine and our hosts! I felt like they were life long friends. Seriously, Mel and Kenny, look us up if you are in Wally World, you have a place to stay!❤️

I have been a member of Coiled winery for a year but today was my first time checking out this location downtown. Although the construction makes for kind of a mess it was such a beautiful day we wanted to sit outside. Our server Mel was awesome. She was friendly, funny and just all around knowledgeable and sweet! Love being a member of Coiled and can't wait to visit this location again.
My husband and I are visiting Boise to do some wine tasting. How lucky were we to happen upon Coiled. It was a short walk from our hotel (The Grove). The gentleman behind the bar was “Kenny”. He was friendly, hospitable and knowledgeable. He was interested in us and what type of wines we liked. I had a lovely Riesling with bubbles and loved it. My husband who’s pallet is much better than mine had a few glasses of several varietals. If you’re in downtown Boise don’t hesitate to stop in and meet this lovely man and taste Coiled wines. You will come back (we did).
