I was shocked by the level of customer service here. Liz was the friendliest person I had wait on me in a long time. The restaurant was clean and the cook brought me my food and he was also exceptionally nice. The dining room is small but has a nice atmosphere.

Staff took my order and payment then told me I had 10 minutes to eat so they could close the store. Waiting for payment, to then tell me I have to leave in 10 minutes is rude. Tell me this before I pay so I have an opportunity to just go somewhere else. I just don’t appreciate being forced out of an establishment I just handed $50 to because these kids don’t want to wait for a customer to finish eating. Lobby closes at 9, so lock the door and stop taking orders. You dont kick your paying customers out. Very disappointing. I will not be coming back to this location.Oh and let me save the DQ relations team some time and post their auto reply they leave on the other 1 star reviews in advance:“Hi Jeremiah, we're sorry to hear about your experience. We appreciate your feedback and are always listening to our fans. We hope you give us another chance next time.”

I visited the Dairy Queen on the corner of Franklin and Curtis around 11:00 in the morning. Most of the business was going through the drive-thru as lunch time was nearing. I ate in the dining room and was completely alone.The young man who waited on me was friendly and when I commented that I needed to sit away from the overhead music he said oh it's too loud and he went and turned it down without my asking. Really excellent on his part and much appreciated.I was really pleased that when I received my food the french fries were hot and not too salty and the double patty hamburger was hot as well.I do wish Dairy Queen had Diet Dr Pepper. They offer Dr Pepper with sugar. They have Diet Pepsi but I hate Diet Pepsi.

The staff was friendly. Ice cream was delicious. Prices have increased ALOT since I last visited. I hate that they tip your blizzards upside down. The old gimmick needs to be retired.

Couldnt find the birthday cake order...took forever ...had to puchase pre-made from freezer due to mess up and no time to wait for staff to call manager etc ...voicemail layer it was shoved in the back of the freezer...disappointed!

I had ordered on the app & it wasn't working properly @ checkout & I realized it had charged my debit card 3 times for the 1 order!!! When I went into the location the manager said the server was down & they weren't able to receive anything from the app......but she made my order anyway & since the app miss- charged me she didn't make me pay again and assured me that the mistaken charges would be taken care of & by morning they had refunded everything!!! She was wonderful, I am still impressed with how she handled the situation. There are still very good people that go above & beyond out there.

So many things went wrong. Went through the drive thru, gave us wrong sundae, forgot our drinks and ignored us as we sat at the window waiting for them. We went inside to get said drinks and they staff seemed pissed we wanted what we ordered. Then to top it all off, when we got home and sat down to eat, no toast in our boxes and dipping sauce is wrong. Very disappointed!
