The quesadillas are never fully cooked. This is not the first time and when you go back in, re-order and tell him the problem they give you attitude about it but this trip there’s no attitude. She was nice enough to make me a new one, but it’s just ridiculous how the prices are and the quantity of food is poor.

When I arrived in the Drive-Thru there was a couple of cars in front of me. The wait time was rather long but I patiently waited and ordered my food when I finally made it up to the drive-thru window I quickly understood why. The man in the window tell me they just had their Computers were replaced today and for some reason it was not sending orders to the line. His attitude was very good he apologized to me multiple times. There was some confusion as to which order was mine he got it figured out and I paid for my food his attitude was very good throughout the whole thing even though I could tell he was extremely stressed out. Normally I would be irritated about how long I waited in line but I totally understood the issue and because of his customer service I will definitely go back there in the future I just hope they get their computers figured out by then! The food itself was great and other than the wait in line I have nothing to complain about. Whoever it was at the window tonight definitely deserves a raise! I know I would not have kept my home through all of that. Whoever you were that served me thank you very much I hope your night got better!

Been waiting in the drive through line for 30 minutes. At the window now. The person said be with you in a few minutes and it’s been at least 7 minutes. ?? hope the food is worth the wait time. I placed a mobile order before we even got in the drive through line, I’m not sure if it’s sitting there cold or if they make it when we get here. We will see.**update**It’s been 20 more minutes and we are still waiting. I can’t actually believe it. There is one car in front now waiting at the window. We could have eaten out at a restaurant and been done by now. Will definitely be going to Chapala next time (they are super fast, friendly and have the best Mexican food in Boy-see). Del taco should not be considered fast food.
