About a year ago there was great customer service and very helpful employees, notwithstanding reasonable prices with superseding expectations for a fast food restaurant. I’m not a fan of fast food, however this location was very quickly a favorable place for quick and affordable food. In recent months there has been a very clear degradation in atmosphere and work ethic. I am severely disappointed with the very blatantly moody, and somewhat disrespectful service from the drive thru staff. Not to mention the very noticeable difference in price and severe lacking quality compared to what I had grown to enjoy. I am truly sorry to see this location become such a waste of time, and legitimately leave feeling as though I was a burden for them to do their own job. This was in my opinion once a 4 star, and now I feel generous leaving a 2 star.

I got the crispy chicken and guac burrito and it was really good, didn't add anything to it. I've also had the epic loaded queso burrito, it was good, but a bit too salty for me. Their fries are always good and the service that I've had has been great as of late (02-21-2024). The Del Taco crunchy tacos are always a favorite go-to. I'll continue to get Del Taco.

I was here twice to pick up DoorDashes tonight. both times was a 20-plus minute wait without a single soul in the drive-thru or store. when I went to check in the employee was stoned and rude.*Edit* STILL HERE. STILL WAITING. coming on 40 minutes and ive watched them turn customers away, telling them how long the wait would be if they insist on ordering.

Very decently priced Americanized Tex/Mex food. Love the fully loaded nachos and epic queso burrito!I would watch out for the night drive through between 10PM-2AM, especially on Fridays-Saturdays. Very crowded and a long wait.

Gloves she had one she had been taking cash and credit cards, and then touching my fries in my food double contaminating everything ! Why wear gloves if you’re going to touch cash all day and then still bad food and still cup of fries and make my stuff !!!Then handed me my large drink cup in gloves soaked in grease! I couldn’t even hold my cup. I got grease all over me and my car.! The drive-through lady today acted inconvenienced that I asked her for a new cup. Mind you she begged my food in the same greasy gloves that she’s been taking money with as well briar touches the fries, my cup everything with the same greasy gloves, so why wear gloves when you’re going to take money with him and then touch food anyway.!!! She had short brown hair and todays date is 11/17/2023z I was drive through abut 1:30pm. So you know who it was!! This place does not keep anything clean and rubs germs everywhere. Double contaminating everything with your disgusting gloves from money to fries, to grease!! So gross! She could barely hold onto the cup with two hands with her own greasy gloves, to even hand it to me!!! Smh

September 26th, 10:00 pm, their headsets weren't working, I called asn asked if we could order at window and got the rudest "NO" Mind you, cars are lined up at drive thru. The crews and food and service have gone downhill for the last 6 years! Before there used to be 2 bigger , bald white guys that managed and ran the Broadway Del Taco and everything was beyond expectations, and we used to eat del taco once a day everyday for years. They knew us by 1st name basis. Tonight, they lost a customer for life, We are done!
