I usually have nothing but great things to say about Dutch Bros, the employees, service and experience. I am sad to say I'm speaking on behalf of someone ( my dad) who was harassed at this location by 2 employees. While waiting at a bus stop ( outside the location) he was vaping when an an employee came our and said there is no smoking here ( which is understandable although people do and there is an ash tray there). He said ok and stopped. He then saw two people he used to work with and went to catch up with them, after they left he went back to the bus stop. Then 2 Dutch employees came out and told him he wasn't allowed to pan handle in front of their business. To which he replied he's not homeless and owns his own house and knew the people, he wasn't asking for money. Then one of the employees told the other to call the cops. He was so embarrassed that he left to wait at the bus station. He was so embarrassed, he had just gotten off work and was only waiting to go home he had done nothing wrong. I just think that is insane and unacceptable behavior. He told me maybe he needed to shave cuz the thought he was homeless ( he only has some stubble). I don't know what should be done, maybe some sensitivity training? I just hurt for my dad and am upset that a place I've had such good experiences at was involved in this.

Everything is great but they do not have coffee sleeves and I burnt my fingers. I even had it double cupped and that did not help. How are you serving hot coffee and don’t have coffee sleeves? Absolutely insane. We ended up going to the ice cream store next door that had coffee sleeves… an ice cream store.

I asked for almond milk in my drink. Was not almond milk. Currently at work crying screaming throwing up because i spent 6 dollars on a coffee just to throw it away. Now i have to suffer through my shift with no coffee and a severely upset stomach. I’m going to cry. Send help.
The drink I had was great as well as the service but havinga sit down cafe without public restrooms when serving caffeine is like un-relenting torture makes this one of the worst Dutch bros locations in the valley.

Always love going into this location, the staff is super nice and always down to banter with you while you order. I didn't even know they could put pop rocks on a rebel until the other day! I literally just asked if they could put anything on top other than a soft top and it was pop rocks! Love
