Very disappointed. Asked for a unsweetened ice tea and got a very sweet iced tea, I went up to the gal and told her I think the lines are swapped because the fountain that said unsweetened definitely was the fix raspberry tea. I thought she might at least try and try it herself or offer to get me another drink instead( I mean it was $3! for a soft drink) but she just told me I was wrong. Then the quesadilla i got was supposed to come with salsa and literally it was just the salsa juice with no chunks at all. The quesadilla was alright but definitely won’t be going back.

I kindly informed the cashier that my carne asada fries seemed to taste more like ground beef, and the fries were soggy, despite having had carne asada numerous times before.I waited until there were no other customers around to avoid causing any embarrassment or discomfort. However, the response I received from the lady in the back was quite defensive, and she insisted that the food was as depicted in the pictures. Unfortunately, her response and attitude have led me to reconsider returning to this establishment, as it did not meet my expectations for a carne asada. I’m having to toss this in the trash now and go elsewhere ?

Dirty as all get out, they had hamburger on the sink next to dirty dishes. Floor was covered, went by at 630 just got looked at and ignored then they went ahead and proceeded to serve the person behind me. Big disappointment, racism is real. Sat there and watched server eat food off of make line and proceeded to help customers.

The place is dirty & gross. I should’ve taken that as a sign and ate somewhere else. But I kept seeing people order so I took a chance. I ordered a quesadilla, thinking you can’t mess up a quesadilla…. Wrong. I paid $14 for garbage. It was awful. The salsa is like watery tomato paste, the guacamole is likely out of a jar & very runny. They couldn’t even bother cooking the quesadilla long enough to melt the cheese & all I could taste was onions.

Food was completely tasteless, women was rude and when I ask for salsa had to pay 50cent after paying 13.00 for chicken flautas and not drink included way over priced for absolutely crap food and when I did ask for salsa she argued with me saying she put some on it .....well it has NO FLAVOR! Crappy food and crappy service

I have never written a bad review before but I just paid $50 for not real birra, the ‘carne asada’ fries are disgusting and made with GROUND BEEF. I get sometimes you don’t get good food but this place is inexcusable. Not even for authenticity but for over all.

Rude customer service! Ordered a horchata and it tasted horrible? asked if I could get it traded and they were super rude and said nope. Get someone in the front that is actually good with people!!
The service was good. It's inside the food court always walked by and never tried. I got the crunchy tacos and Birria tacos. The crunchy tacos are rice were good. I love the variety of sauces all excellent. The birria taco wasn't what I've grown up on. Not my favorite but in all Id try them again

It was spendy. I didnt like that the girl that was taking our order she had no smile on her face nothing. The food was not good my friend got the fajitas and had like five pieces of chicken. The tortas had more bean than steak. It wasnt a good experience

Mistakes, I've made a few. Eating here was definitely one. I know I'm at a food court in the middle of the woods. But still, I was hopeful. My companion order 3 tacos, and was unable to tell which meat was in each taco. My nachos were bone-cold. Wasn't warm enough to melt cheese. There were no beans as advertised. There was lettuce, the only "seasoning". They charged me for hot sauce- to try to make food edible. $27 .. save your money. Find a dumpster.
