Used to look forward to Fat Guys Fresh deli in between soccer games at Simplot, but now their motto is "It's Our Way or Go To Subway". I was told every sandwich has sauce, and I'm not allowed to have it without. I used to love getting sandwiches how I love them, but I will no longer be going here. If I'm spending $12-$15 on a sandwich, I'm going to want it the way I want it. Thanks for saving me the money, Fat Guys!

This is our first time here but it won't be the last! This will be our new favorite place for awesome deli sandwiches. The team was amazing. Great service and the recommendations were spot on. The Cuban was delicious, the potato salad and slaw rocked, and the BLT was excellent. Thank you! A+!

Horrible customer service. I have severe food allergies and they would not let me make any modifications to this sandwich I wanted, Never experienced this before at a sandwich shop. Staff was incredibly rude. My whole family will never Step foot in a Fat Guys again.

we came last week we were slightly short they covered the entire sandwich and were so kind about it. cowboy hat is so kind and the elderly lady was beyond sweet to our children! huge portions that are so tasty!

I have been a HUGE fan of this restaurant since they opened, BUT something has happened with their service and a new "policy" they seem to have. I just cancelled a large order that I was trying to place because they have become somewhat inflexible. They could not switch the roll to another type of bread on one sandwich, then told me that they could not make a BLT without the sauce because of their "policy". I fail to understand how you cannot just NOT add sauce to a sandwich. I am hoping that this was just an isolated incident because they were busy, but if it is truly their new policy, I will most likely not be ordering again. So sad...I have really loved this place.

This place is amazing. The best upside is that unless you are allergic to something, you can't change what they put on the sandwich. Their sandwiches are an art form, though, so they need to be enjoyed as such. You wouldn't ask Michelangelo to change the sistine chapel, so dont ask to change these sandwiches because they are on the same level. TRUST THEM.
To tell a customer that you absolutely cannot make a sandwich without the pesto mayo is totally ridiculous. The sandwiches are not premade…there should be no reason a customer cant have a sandwich made without a condiment. Seriously the stupidest thing I have ever heard from a restaurant. Terrible, terrible service.

This used to be my favorite sandwich shop in the Valley. I would eat here at least 2 or 3 times a month, it was great they knew my name and knew my order. Quality in food and service has gone waaaay down over the last few months, not sure what has changed maybe Management. Used to offer a drink with the sandwiches. Now, there is hair in my food and they want to charge me an extra $7 for 2 small fountain drinks?!?! Unreal. Finding a new lunch spot.
