I just want to say that your employee Tamara treated me and my family so kindly today. She was smiling, polite, and very welcoming. I just don't see that ANYWHERE any more! It was amazing! I WILL BE BACK to this location again. She deserves to be recognized for this!

If I could give zero stars, I would. We just sat in the drive through for TWENTY minutes without even placing an order until I went inside and told the store employee "You have 8 cars in the drive through waiting to order.' Employee responded 'we didn't know anyone was there.' The store was COMPLETELY empty. Who knows what the employees were actually doing.

Ok.... Just a quick shout out to whoever is working the state street location on 6/3/23 at 1:50am..... I have had the worst day I have had in the past 28 years today.... I got off work at 1:30am and convinced myself to order your tacos because they are my favorite but only when I have extra taco sauce. It took a lot of convincing because like us all, "I have food at home" but I thought hey, you had a rough day, you earned it. Not only did it only take like 15 minutes for my ubereats driver to get to jack in the box, and then to my house, BUT, the actual angel that put my order together threw a few extra taco sauces in there........ I literally cried when I opened the bag...... to have that small of a thing impact my day so significantly is..... sad. But it truly did. I really just hope whomever did that tonight (thismorning) really was the only genuine smile Ive had all day. THANK YOU.

Stopped at Jack in the Box and ordered two tacos and some jalapeño poppers. Everything was burnt but the tacos were inedible. I literally gagged a little when I opened it. Location: 3220 W State St, Boise, ID 83703 Do not eat there. Just don't.

My first time at this Jack-in-the-Box and they said they are closed for the night at 6 PM maybe it was a sign for me to not eat fast food

This has got to be the absolute worst service ever, satin in the drive thru for 15 minutes with only an order of 3 value menu items, the continued to get pushed thru to drive thru to wait another 15 minutes not to mention the lack of basic understanding theses people can hardly communicate I do not wish this service on anyone absolutely b*******

Monday Dec, 13th, 2021. Went to the drive through because I have liked their fries in the past. Well, this time the fries were awful. They were under cooked, they must have been under a heat lamp for a very long time, since they seemed dried out and tasteless. Asked for ketchup, did not get any, asked for onions on the burger, did not get any. The burger was not good at all, I only ate less than half of it. I guess I am done with Jack.

There is no reason the drive thru should take more than 30 mins to get the 4 cars in front of me through. The staff was rude. My order was completely wrong and everything was cold. When I asked if I could come inside to make have them fix the mistake, the younger male (with the tattoos on his face) just yelled at me "NOPE". I was not going to wait in the line for another 30 mins to have it fixed. Total BS! Terrible customer service!

Never one to complain but I was very frustrated tonight when I sat in line for 10 minutes without moving. I would have left sooner but I was blocked in by another car. There were only 4 cars in line and nothing ahead of that. By the time I got to the window, they informed me they were only doing online orders. This along with some previous, minor Inconveniences my last few visits there such as missing sauces and being out of items, it will take me a while to return here.

Guy in charge was more than rude he refused to refund our order after it was already wrong when we said it was wrong he continued to argue with us I am not one to write these but not only was my food wrong but I had to drive all the way back and then get this attitude from an employee when I asked for a manager he said it was his him and that he could not give out the number . I will be calling in the morning and not Coming back to this jack in box EVER! You Lost my business.
