Been coming here for years. Never once had a bad experience. The only less-than-perfect thing I can say about this location is that they are understaffed; but so is everyone else. Great food, fast service, friendly staff, and great prices. There's nothing more to ask for besides maybe some tacky Instagram dessert?

My dogs Pete and Bear were so excited to get their mummy and dad’s leftovers. It was the best Asian Mexican fusion they had ever had. At first from the looks of it they was excited and appreciated dads leftover Fajitas, but then they quickly realized it was seasoned with soy sauce and this bewildered look came over their face as they thought it was beef pepper steak from their local Chinese restaurant. Mummy’s chicken from her taquitos could have used some sweet and sour sauce, but the cabbage, celery and carrots definitely gave it a hint of superb Asian cuisine. They loved it.

Alright. But in Boise the service has a waiter who is very critical... and even more so with the chubby girls. The food is very good, the food from Boise. It has very good seasoning. In Nampa and Caldwell the food is more or less. . .

I like all Fiesta Guadalajara's and this one is no exception. Our server was very good and attentive and the food was excellent. I always get the chicken burrito and loved it. My sister and brother-in-law also lived their entrées. I noticed they aren't as generous with the chip baskets, but not a big deal. I will definitely go there again.
