I have been a huge Firehouse fan ever since they opened. This is the first location I ever went to. Staff were always nice and courteous, the sandwiches are absolutely outstanding and I love the firehouse vibe! Will always be a regular customer here ?

Smokehouse steak and cheddar was incredibly good. Fresh and tasty side salad with pepper corn ranch. They have soup or Mac and cheese or chips. Good dill pickle spears on the side. Overall excellent.

Been in and out of here a bit the past few weeks. First few experiences were exactly what I asked for and was great. Today I went in, payed for my food, then watched everyone who was behind me in line get their food before me. Finally got it and they made it wrong. Pretty disappointing

Friendly service that made me an Italian sandwich. This chain, although with fewer options than Subway, tastes just as good if not better. The only downside to this location is the limited seating.

Not that great.. walked away still hungry. One of the kids sandwiches was half the size as the other. Staff is nice.. sandwiches are disappointing to say the least.
I had a co-worker pick up a Sub for me. The Engineer, with special build instructions. As my recipet shows. However. Nothing was added to my sub except the chopped pickles. No banana peppers, no jalapeños, no black olives, and the still used Swiss cheese instead of provolone like I asked for. My receipt shows all the items that should have been on my sob but I got just the basic store made sub. I was not impressed with the sub and did not eat half of it due to not being made to my order specifications. How can you charge customers for items and yet not even add them??? Not impressed with this visit at all and will not be returning to your location again. Highly disappointed and what a waste of my money for just a basic sub. I am and will recommend others to stay away from your store because you can't make custome ordered subs, but still charge for all the extras added. Bad business practice!

Ordered a salad thinking I was going to get meat on it. The gentleman never asked me so I got a salad without meat. Poor customer Service.

Fast sandwiches, courteous workers, I really appreciated my visit. They were out of lemonade which was sad, but the 100+ machine allowed me to find a Vitaminwater version, so all is well. Thanks for being amazing.

The food is always good here, the less than perfect rating is because the environment was really unkept. The floors and every table were dirty, and the drink machine was COMPLETELY and I mean 100% out of every drink that wasn’t sugar free or diet. Every single one. We were there for at least half an hour listening to people complain about it and no one went to check it or clean up the lobby the whole time. I know this is not how Firehouse usually operates so this was a bit disappointing.
