I want to be clear. This is a restaurant we frequent often in fact, I've spent $300 here over the last 30 days. This is a review for a specific item menu, keto pizza. I was glad they had the option but shortly disappointed after getting the food. Fraction of the size, upcharge, no cheese and burnt. Next time I will walk across the street and stick with Blaze's keto pizza with unlimited toppings for half the price.

First time going to Flatbread and must say the customer service was great! Had the food to go and must say when I got home and opened the box, everything looked delicious! And it was! I will definitely be returning!

I used to eat here a lot, but haven't been back for a while due to some scheduling change. I made it in today, and IT WAS AMAZING. Best ever. I love the food, service, and atmosphere. To make things even better, I got my food quickly.

Really enjoyed it here! Overall really good vibes. Sat at the bar with the bartender Kelli, she was super sweet! I was drinking tequila (which I never do) and her drinks were delicious!

I was suggested this spot during a layover in Boise and I couldn't of been happier. Everything was so good and the service was phenomenal! Shout-out to Kelli for making the (short) Boise experience one to remember.

It used to be a favorite place to go however this visit was very odd. My daughter got the soup and salad. The salad was barely dressed and had odd toppings it was probably the best of the worst items. The soup was French Onion when the server brought it to the table there wasn't any soup left it was all absorbed by the.giant croutons. I mentioned that to the server she didn't seem interested. My pizza was barely warm and I hate paying $20 for and individual pizza that's hot. I told the server and she said, they would make another one. She said, I could eat it and another would be out soon. I had 1 slice and she came back to take it away. 25 minutes pass and the Manager said sorry for their service my pizza would be out shortly and she would comp the meal. What was odd was they brought the pizza out in a box. So I just opened the box and ate it out of the box. I would not recommend paying the super high prices they expect and would go to the other 8 pizzerias in a 4 block radius..that are way cheaper and better
Food has been incredible every single visit for years! Summer has the best energy and truly cares for her guests. Awesome lunch special as well, offered daily!

I had lunch with a colleague there. I was promptly seated when I arrived. The server was super kind and responsive. The soda machine was broken, so they went to another restaurant to get us both our drinks. Way beyond what they needed to do (we even got refills). When we finished, the manager stopped by to gather our plates and make sure our meal was as we expected. Utterly fabulous customer service, end-to-end. I was so impressed. And of course, the food was fantastic, as always.

FAVORITE PLACE IN TREASURE VALLEY!!! THE ENTIRE MENU IS DELICIOUS. My go to order is the "pick two" menu option- roasted portabello chicken sandwich & italian wedge salad. I could eat here and this menu every single day. Beautiful views of dt boise and very clean and well decorated inside. Cool brick oven to cook the pizzas and their drink menu is ON POINT! Try the raspberry Moscow Mule!! ???? Definately go here on date night!!!

Food is great but there's something fishy about the manager guy Josh. He blamed our long alcoholic drink wait on the 16 year old serving which... Is illegal BTW. In Idaho you have to be 18 to serve in an establishment that serves alcohol and must be 19 to deliver it, under supervision of someone 21. It makes me wonder... In what other ways are you exploiting your child labor workers? You are perfectly fine working a kid at only 3.35 an hour and then blaming that child for your bad management skills. Gross. Won't be returning. Our food order was messed up, probably because it was taken by a kid.The reason restaurants are understaffed right now is 100% on management. My managers are amazing and don't exploit my labor so there's no shortages where I work, meaning our service is great.Just some suggestions. Maybe throw the whole manager out.I mentioned that I was going to review Josh and the server started to cry. What are you doing to these kids?!Support local, but don't support greedy restaurant managers who obviously don't care about their staff.

The food was at best OKAY, and the service was horrible. Sat for about 10 minutes before we even got water, and then once we finished the pitcher didn’t get another. After we got our food we didn’t see our waitress again, in fact we had to ask another employee walking by for our check. Mind you, we came in at 4pm and it was not busy at all, but there were several employees standing around the entirety of our time in the restaurant. Shout out to the cooks though, they seemed like they were making things happen their best!
