I stopped by their booth at the farmers market pop up. Super cute booth and display, delicious products, and not great customer service.I really love this company’s mission and purpose of encouraging more nonalcoholic mixed drinks! I really, really admire and love that.I did not love that when I mentioned using grenadine (and then supplied upon asking that it was from Walmart) in Shirley temples, the employee (whose name I did not catch) proceeded to insist that it was fake grenadine full of dye and not full of pomegranates. While she was right factually, her disrespectful attitude and tone, displayed through inflection, diction, and body language, left a bad taste in my mouth. It does not impress me that she bashed my choice of another vendor’s product (which I bought before I knew I’d see Free Spirits Beverage Co at the farmers market and before I knew of their grenadine product). She did not represent the business in a positive light.Maybe it was an off day for her, or she did not intend to come off as judgmental and rude. I’ve only heard good things about this brand before this, but my experience at the farmers market pop up has left a bad taste in my mouth with the business’s customer service.Again, the cocktail I got is super delicious, but the customer service was lacking.

Oh my goodness! Seriously where have u been all my life?! Every aspect of this place is a literal breathe of fresh air! Don't like darkly lit & negative energy bars? This place is well lit & vibrant energy! Don't want to pay arm & leg & be dehydrated? This place get any number of luscious drinks at reasonable price (for outstanding quality ingredients!) & enjoy complimentary water! Don't like limited selection/standard drinks? This place has not only all they locally make...but also carry all of the best items from other non alcoholic manufacturers! (In one turn around their shop u can learn about a litany of NA companies... something that's taken me yrs to learn u can do in minutes) Want something now or something later? This place u can have your drink & take one for later too... without getting in trouble! I could go on & on... it took me several yrs to get to them... so thrilled I got to experience them at their Orchard Ave Boise location... plenty of private lot/off street parking, the nicest staff/mixologists, & there's even events thru the yr at this location... so check out their social media for that info regularly. To clarify: No, u don't have to be sober or non drinker to go here... add this option in for when u want to skip alcohol for the night, or drink less, or reduce alcohol content in a drink (yet keep the complex flavor!)... or r u a foodie like me? Use their vinegar based shrub mixes in vinaigrettes... anywhere u use a vinegar... I've done the same already with their bitters too. I'm so going back & mega recommend!!!

What a find this establishment is, and it's always a privilege to support a woman-owned business here in Bosie. We need more entrepreneurs like this. My senses were overwhelmed the minute I entered. Planning just to buy some bitters, I felt like I was shopping in a grocery store when you're half-starved. I want to buy everything! For sure, I'm a new fan of Free Spirits Lounge.

This is a highly recommend review either for the person needing to pickup a NA option for a gathering or for those looking for a nice atmosphere to enjoy company and a lovely NA cocktail. I don't know where to start, such a great experience and amazing product! Stopped by here to pick up a couple of items for a dinner party (a few Jan people and couple which doesn't drink because of allergy) and maybe try a beverage. Customer service was on point excellent. They have a nice cozy sitting area to enjoy a beverage from one of their mixologist and the beverages are mind blowing good; I audibly gasped at how the Mezcal Hibiscus Margarita tasted JUST LIKE MEZCAL...what?!?! And top that off with lost my mind on how the whiskey had the same flavor profile down to the finishing warmth I ended up, after tasting, buying a bottle of the bourbon and ingredients for manhattans and bottle of their NA sparkling wine. The NA sparkling wine was insane on how it felt and tasted just like the regular version would. The people at the dinner party had similar strong gasp of disbelief and joy about the flavor profiles and body of the beverage. Incredibly fun and nice to enjoy a cocktail without the consequences of alcohol.

They came up with the perfect herbal and shrub concoction to pair with courses such as bone marrow, halibut and miso, and a scallop and pea starter. They combined both art and talent to come up with a just the right flavor pairing for each of our courses! This could be the next, new thing!!! …free-spirit pairings to accommodate non-drinkers or the designated drivers. Our guests so appreciated the special attention and of course, the deliciousness of the drinks. Bri makes all of the syrups, shrubs, and bitters herself, most of it with locally foraged ingredients. You can purchase Spirit Free Alternative alcohol and the above-mentioned items that make your drinks BOOM ? plus a whole lot more. If you still drink the real stuff, all of their products work for that as well.

What a lovely little Bench spot. You'll find this store on Vista Ave in between the McDonalds and Little Caesars Pizza. The parking spaces are very close to the street and you'll need to back up right onto Vista when you pull out, so plan ahead if you have a very large vehicle. Run by the creator of iOne Bitters and her business partner, this little shop packs a punch! You can get speciality coffee drinks and mocktails made with real ingredients. All of the syrups are house made and full of flavor. You can pick up iOne bitters and syrups plus adorable gift packs from other local makers. Their hours are limited- mornings only. I went on a Tuesday and they were open from 7 am - 11 am so plan ahead. Support this great, woman owned business!
