Stopped by a week ago to get some food for the road. Ordered online which was a mistake because the restaurant was closed at the time I placed the order. I attempted to contact the restaurant to cancel since they accepted my payment but after dialing numerous times with no answer, no response to my email I was unable to cancel the payment. Worst customer service I have experienced. I will NEVER go to this establishment again. Potential SCAM.

I stopped by this restaurant with my partner on our way to visit family and ordered online which was a mistake. We were famished from a 7 hour drive and thought we would try a local place but much to our dismay, the restaurant was closed. Despite this, they gladly took our money with no exchange of goods. I attempted to call them to get a refund and after dialing numerous times with an automated menu that lead nowhere, an email that was not replied to, I rank this as the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will NEVER come to this restaurant again. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. This is a potential SCAM. I DO NOT recommend this to anyone.

ZERO STARS!I have never had Good Burger before and decided to give them a try. October 19 I placed an order online for the Overland location. When I arrived, I learned that location had been closed for a few weeks, but their signs were still up. However, their online system not only accepted my order but they also charged my debit card. I tried calling the number listed on their website and I submitted a message on their Contact page. I tried emailing them directly but their email they provided on their website is inactive. Now I'm out $30 and I'm hungry

Stay away!!! They are a rip off!!! I placed and order online and when I went to pick up the food the store was closed. No response to repeated calls and emails. It is a scam! Emails bounce back. They must have gone out of business and are trying to steal your money.

Not sure how they stay in business. No one is ever here but we tried it today. No milkshakes due to milk went bad, fries Tastes old, overpriced and the guy working was less than friendly and not clean.

Consistently unimpressed with this place. The burgers are under seasoned and fries are soggy. Ordering delivery is even worse than going in. I've never received a complete order when ordering out. Missing fries, drinks, or burger toppings. It's pretty sad.

I went in and took 5 minutes between person in front of me until I ordered. Then when I ordered took 15-20 minutes for my food to get done. People of front of me who had a bigger order got their food before I did

I was so flipping excited to try the Good Burger after so many childhood memories from All That. Visiting Boise from out of town. Located the Good Burger. Selected the one that was 175 ft from me from their website. Placed my order to pickup. It was a disaster finding it because its inside of a small mall. I walked in and said I was early. Loud obnoxious rude response IN MY FACE "are you sure?!?! I got no incoming orders. You probably got the wrong one. There are FIVE!" So I told her the address on the confirmation. Turned out their website directed me to one that was 3 miles away. When I told her the name of the location was Boise Town Mall, she rolled her eyes and said "ya that's in the mall. This isn't the mall". It should be known ..... this is a mall! Walked out and now have to drive 10 min to pick up my food late because their website is crap. Rude, inconsiderate, difficult to find. So much for childhood memories.

When we got there they only had one employee working in the restaurant and I believe his name was Ken. We were greeted by him right away. Our food came out pretty quick and it was nice to have a burger that didn't look like someone just threw it together. It was DELICIOUS! Their fries were pretty darn good too. Yum!Update: I went back today and took my mother with me and had the worst experience. The lady there was extremely rude she didn't even smile once, even though we were being very respectful. She was rolling her eyes at us and was acting like she didn't even want to do her job. That changed my whole mind about that placeNot to mention she was eating when we got there at 11:08am.......
