Food was good, but was disappointed that halfway through the cooking of my burgers a second cook came in with no mask and talking over all the food (especially the fresh ingredients)It makes me nervous in this day and age, that restaurant workers are not taking their customers health seriously. I do really enjoy the food, but do not think I will go back until I feel the pandemic is more under control.

The burger and the cook were the best part. Guys name was joe I think. The other employee (red head, sleeve tattoos) was very rude, swearing around my kid, and also swearing at a customer as she walked out the door. And we got on the topic of TIPS certification. She doesn’t have it, and was serving beer. Isn’t that against the rules? And also.... being at work your supposed to work, poor cook was doing everything himself while the (red head) sat and played on her phone.

I went in and took 5 minutes between person in front of me until I ordered. Then when I ordered took 15-20 minutes for my food to get done. People of front of me who had a bigger order got their food before I did

This was one of the best burger I have ever eaten. I had the bacon burger with avacado and tomato. My son picked up the burgers from the restaurant. The burger was juicy and still very warm. The bacon was cooked just right, not to crumbly and not to rubbery. There was only one young man cooking and taking the orders. My son was so complementary about how this one young man was taking care of his customers. He is a former Marine and is very critical of customer service. We did not get the servers name, it saw Saturday, Oct 31 around 730. We will definitely eat at this great burger restaurant.

I brought in 9 BSU students tonight to celebrate my daughter's 19th birthday. We showed up 15 minutes before closing, but Tiffany was so willing to accommodate us. She said she would stay open for us so that we could celebrate her birthday. They were helpful, kind and didn't get impatient for us to leave. They went above and beyond to create a special night for my daughter and her friends.

Honestly, my favorite place to eat Downtown. Burgers bomb, fries amazing, beer selection is 10/10 and I’m a picky stout drinker. The employees are super friendly and on point; Tiffani is my favorite, as she’s so cute and accommodating.

The Good Burger was outstanding. The fries were hot and crispy and the staff was great. I loved the beer wall (not in operation during covid) and that they took food and customer safety seriously.

One of the best burger places I've been to! Customer service is amazing. Very laid back, professional, and fast! Burgers are very flavourful, healthy, and fresh! Also great choices to choose from! Great place with a fun atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to check them out!

Very disappointed with the new St. George location. Paid almost $4 for a large fry and it was the same size as the kids meal fry; hardly any at all. Paid for a large drink and after paying when they went to hand us our drinks they handed us a small cup. When we asked for a large cup they said that they only have one size. On the menu they have regular and large drinks. Food was okay but definitely not worth the money. Definitely not impressed at all. Not worth going back.
I got Good Burger tonight and I got a vanilla shake and there was a beetle in it!! Disgusting!!! Never again will I get it!!

Not the worst burger in Boise but not in the top 10 either. Burger was dry fries were under cooked and had an "off" flavor. Maybe it was just a bad day with the cook. Staff seemed to not want to be there. If you want a comparably priced and better tasting burger and fries head up Overland and get one at The Ranch Scottish Highland Burgers. But if you can't travel out of DownTown for lunch, Good Burger will work.
