It was a little busy today. But I was still greeted with a friendly and patient staff with great service. The salad bars always fresh and excellent! Pizza was hot and fresh with a great variety to choose from, and there was a continuous supply of new pizzas every few minutes on the buffet. The staff even went out of their way to accommodate my guests as I was on a time crunch. Great staff, they are all so friendly. It felt very welcoming, and I always leave with a full belly. Thank you!!!

We arrived at Idaho pizza at about 2:00 PM on Saturday. We had hoped to make it to the lunch buffet which we've tried in the past and liked. The buffet ends at 2 so we elected to just order salad bar and sodas. We were shocked when 3 salad bars and 3 sodas came to $36.00. To top it off, when we got to the salad bar it was a disaster. The counter hadn't been wiped off and was covered with spilled lettuce, cheese, seeds, dressing and who knows what! The containers in the bar were empty or nearly empty and had dried salad dressing coating many of them. My granddaughter was going to have some pudding but there was only a drop in the container and it had a slice of pepperoni in it. We had our drinks and what little we dared eat from the salad bar and were there about 20 minutes. During that time several employees milled around and walked by the salad bar and did nothing. We will not go back!

Terrible takeout service. I ordered over the phone, was told 25-30 minutes. I got there at the 25 min mark, paid and tipped then sat down to wait,and wait I did. After being there for an additional half hour and watching 2 separate patrons that ordered after I arrived (60 minutes after I ordered) I asked about my order and was told it was in the oven. I stated that 2 separate patrons who arrived and ordered at the counter after I had arrived already got their order. The gal at the register went to check and said "it's in the oven" when I questioned it she said "i don't know I just got to work" in a few minutes my order was up. When I got home (less than a mile away) my pizza was cold, I must surmise that they misplaced my order and it sat on their counter for quite some time. No apology, just excuses. Not going back.

Best pizza in town for sure! No matter what location you know you're going to get quality ingredients, a unique taste, and a local Idaho experience. One of the few places I have never had any issues that the staff could not resolve.

A take-out pizza was not ready when I showed up to get it. I paid, came back in 10 minutes, as specified, had to wait for everybody who showed up during that time, then got a burned, cold pizza. I should have been suspicious when the pizza was not in the warming oven. Check the pizza carefully before you leave, though what and when do you eat if you refuse it?
