Why is it hard to get a good tasting burger? I'm totally disappointed that I paid 8.00 for a smashed jack. The patty came out of a warmer and it was salty.It's like showing up late to a BBQ and the burgers all ready cooked and lifeless.

Waited, inside for 15 minutes on a Sunday morning, was not acknowledged or asked to place an order. Only one other customer inside the whole building. Only saw 2 vehicles go through the drive thru. Got tired of waiting and left.

Blanch or whatever her name is (the old lady) was fantastically nice. Even though it took quite some time to get the food. She delivered it with a kind smile and a twinkle in her eye. A true gem of Boise for sure.

If I could give this establishment a zero I would. I did an online order I showed up when it was ready for per the email said, I was never once greeted. It finally took 15 minutes for somebody to acknowledge me. Then I still waited and nothing. So I asked for a manager for a refund. The manager persisted to still make my food and not give me a refund. So I was in this establishment total of 40 minutes. I finally got my refund. They need to get people that speak English. Nobody in this establishment can speak English. I will never return to this establishment.

Got a jumbo jack this morning and meat had a mushy texture and a strange flavor questionable that it was beef been eating them for 30 years will not be eating at this location ever again can't get the weird taste out of my mouth

Saw the employee making my sandwich through the window not wearing gloves and touching everything bare handed. I then told her I'd like to cancel and refund the order.When she asked why, I explained what I saw. She argued back saying she was wearing gloves.. a little back and forth.... She clearly wasn't wearing gloves. She was that typical meth user with look, voice, and attitude.She then said I'd have to contact the manager in the morning but good luck because she doesn't speak English.I'll be contacting corporate and the store manager for a full review of this situation and how poorly their staff is selected and trained in proper food handling.
