I love Jimmy johns sandwiches I would just recommend asking them to add extra meat and less lettuce. Sandwiches taste great I like them when I can afford to eat there. I would say anytime is a good time for Jimmy johns

It was pretty good! The meat and vegetables quality was really good. The bread on most parts was good with the exception of a hard spot. Overall, my best jimny johns experience (out of three)

You really dont get much sandwich any more.. there is almost no meat. I noticed this another time at a different location and thought it was just a one off. But now I see this is measured shrinkflation. Very low value for the money. Will need to look for a new sandwich place.

Love me some Jimmy John's, but the reward program is terrible. It takes 6+ orders to earn something & it could be just a bag of chips. Essentially you have to spend about $80+ just to earn a free side. Wish they would move to a point system instead and let us choose what we spend reward points on.

Crazy how they give no ETA or disclose any delivery time information. Almost 2 hours later. Not even home, left to go get food somewhere else

You should eat here. The staff is wonderful, the food is great, the prices are reasonable, and the order time is quick and efficient. If you use their app and get it for pick up from the drive through, uou get some points that add up eventually to a free sandwich, which is always appreciated.

If I could give this restaurant a zero I would! Absolutely and honestly the worst experience I've ever had with Customer service! I received an email coupon that day on my rewards account stating that I had earned a free sandwich. There were no specifications, it just said that you could redeem the coupon at any Jimmy John's. Of course I was going to use the one closest to home and have it delivered. I filled out the information with the online app that I had used before, and when it got to the part for payment, it asked for a promo code. I looked and looked and looked on the coupon and saw no promo code. I then decided to call The store.A girl answered the phone and started out rudely with me. I explained to her the situation but all I was looking for was the promo code so that I could enter it on the app and have the sandwich delivered. She argued with me and told me that if I could not find the promo code there probably wasn't one in the coupon was fake! I explained to her that I've received multiple coupons in the past from them because we always use Jimmy John's on the weekends, I have never had a problem with it in the past. Again she was extremely rude with me telling me that I did not know what I was talking about. I asked to speak with her manager so that we can get this rectified, and she told me that she was the supervisor! I asked her if she had a problem in the store what did she do or who to contact if she did? She said she would contact her manager but that he does not work on the weekends and he's very difficult to get a hold of. Again I explained the situation back to her again and told her please contact her manager and ask him what to do to rectify the situation. She was rude nasty screaming at me and told me fine!!! Calmly I told her that I expected a phone call back and asked her for her name. She slammed the phone down on me! About 10 minutes she did call back, and told me that the manager said that if there was no promo code on the coupon, there was nothing they could do about it! Again I tried to explain to her ithis is false advertising ? Or is this a bait and switch that"Jimmy John's plays with people? She then became completely irate screaming at me and told me to call the corporate office in Chicago Illinois. I asked her if they would be open On the weekends especially after 6 o'clock which is what time it was, and she told me of course they're not! So again I ask her what are we going to be rectified this? She said that she did not care and slammed the phone down on me again! At this point I was extremely upset and mad! I called the Jimmy John's phone number again and it rang approximately 12 times before a man Fianly answer the phone. I would like to speak to his supervisor.He had no idea who I was, because I had not said anything to him yet. He responded with "my manager doesn't wanna talk to you !"! I demanded to speak with his manager immediately! She got on the phone, and I asked her what her name was. She said it was none of my business! I told her it absolutely was because I was the customer.She then responded to me that her name was India, which I repeated back to her twice! She said yes India and screamed it! I have no idea whether this was really her name or not! I then told her if she was not going to rectify the situation I would be contacting the BBB, and I will contact the franchise owner, as well as putting a bad review on yelp! She responded that she did not care and then I should do whatever I wanna do! At this point I realize there was nothing I could do that evening. And I contacted corporate Monday morning first thing! After calling four times once every hour and leaving messages, I finally got someone to answer the phone at corporate. Her name is Christine Rogers and she started out being very nice. She requested that I take a picture of the coupon and send it to her so she can see it, as well as email her of the actual coupon which I did both!
