This Jimmy John’s location is one of the better in the Treasure Valley that I’ve visited. They have consistent quality and preparation of their sandwiches. They actually know how to wrap a wrap properly and tightly and they double wrap it in paper to help reduce mess while eating. In the rare instance where I’ve had an issue, they have resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.

The blond girl working there needs to lose the attitude and realize she is a sandwich maker which she isn't even good at doing that. The place looked dirty and dark and the sandwiches were mediocre.

This is the best location in the treasure valley. Consistency in the product is superior!! The customer service didn't use to be very good, like a year+ ago, but that's not the case anymore!! Cleanest JJ around for sure! I only wish I could afford it more often.

Would not recommend ordering delivery from this location, it took an hour and a half to get 1 sandwich delivered and I only live 5 mins away. I understand places get busy sometimes, but I have never had an order take longer than 45 mins tops ordering from any other Jimmy John's.

I really like the food at Jimmy John's but quite honestly the service at this location is abysmal. I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru today and watched as customers just drove away because of the wait in line. I'm shocked a manager/owner hasn't addressed team performance but until that happens I'll choose another location. Yes, I like the food but when there is a Jersey Mike, steps away, I don't expect to continue visiting this location.
Terrible display of supposed management. On a company card food was ordered and the person picking up the order didn't check to see if my sandwich had been incorrectly made. It was wrong, I drove back to Jimmy John's to get a new sandwich. The "manager" told me "I'll make you a new sandwich this time, but that's on him he should have personally brought the sandwich back" They remade it, I got to my car, checked the sandwich and it was wrong again. I ended up with 3 sandwiches and 1 correct one. Worst customer service I've seen. Will never return

Hands down, the best sandwich shop. I had plenty of meat, vegtables fresh and not skinny. Bread made fresh daily.....I know because I had a problem with one order and got stale bread from the prior day. That is what happens when you order online to be ready at opening, BUT the manager, Kevin, more than took care of the problem and gifted me credit to my account. I have since mentioned to two more people in my apartments about this location and they both immediately agreed, this location is the best and not skimpy on the meat and fresh tomatoes.Thank you Kevin and team! So glad you are just around the corner :-)

I often get a sandwich here on my lunch break. The employees are nice and usually love the sandwiches. Today I waited longer than usual which wasn't that big of an issue, but when I got my sandwich I was pretty disappointed. The bread is so stale I almost can't even bite into it. Its like they used the oldest bread they had there. I don't know how they didn't notice how hard it was while making the sandwich, but I wouldn't of served this to anyone.

Ordered #5 Vito. Requested no onions, extra oil and vinegar and to cut sandwich in half w/a diet coke. Got exact opposite. Sandwich was loaded w/onions, no sauce, NONE, it was dry as a bone. It was not cut in half and they gave me a regular coke. #wasteofmoney #nevergoingback
