Their chicken sandwiches are ALWAYS dry. I get sometimes if they have extra from a rush that happened before I got there. But literally every single time. I will forever choose to go up the road to McDonald’s for a chicken sandwich instead of here.

I just have to say that I really wish I had looked at the reviews for this particular KFC. Before I decided to eat here..So i'm just a truck driver that's passing through. I parked my truck across the street at flying j, For lunch, I had chicken wings from flying j. They were really big for chicken wings, but they tasted delicious.For dinner. I had a 3 piece meal from KFC. I'm just being honest here. The chicken that I got from the truck stop across the street tasted better than the KFC I had for dinner. The KFC chicken tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for a few hours before I got there. It actually had that day old flavor to it. If you ever bought KFC and then microwaved it the next day next day, you know what I'm talking about. I was disappointed.You've got 3 fried chicken options in this area. KFC. Fred Meyer. And the flying j truck stop across the street.For value and taste, Fred Meyer.For taste and size, Flying J.If you lack taste buds, KFC.

Show to close at 10pm but at 9:45 pulled up and after about a minute in the drive thru told they were closed even though they said they were open till 10:00pm this is the second time it has happened to me what a joke of a business

The worst KFC in Idaho. A chain restaurant that isn't doing things right. Been here at least 20 times, chicken is always DRIED OUT. Order a 8 piece original but was told they had to mix with Xtra crispy because they closed the Kitchen. I order at 0745 pm they don't close till 0900 pm.

Tried a KFC Chicken Sandwich Combo each for my wife and I. First, the French fries were good. However, the chicken sandwich was almost inedible! It was tough and tasted like it had been sitting around for hours or days. The chicken nuggets were worse, if possible. Squishy and tasteless. $12.50 for each meal!! Lastly, both meals were stuffed into a bag that was barely big enough for one meal. There were NO condiments, but nothing could have saved this catastrophe! I should have gone to Taco Bell! A lot cheaper and, hard to believe, better food!

Used to eat here for lunch once a week a few years ago since it was near work and it was always good. Last 2 times I've been there, straight up lunch time and nobody in line. Both times, the chicken was old, just terrible. This time, I had to bring it back and told them to keep the $20. Embarrassing. No where near what it used to be. Not the servers fault, it's management. This has to be the worst KFC in town. The manager should look at what their serving at lunch and fix the problem or do a different gig.

Did not get what we ordered. Order taker did not seem to know what was printed on a poster in the drive through.
The food was not good at all. As soon as the person brought the food to my vehicle there was a strange smell.... like old oil. I ate half of the chicken sandwich and only a few of the cheese curds. The cheese curds had a weird smell. I believe the oil was old. After eating a few of the cheese curds I felt sick. Threw the rest away.
