Ordered from kiosk at 8:43pm, received order at 9:10 . Burger, fries, drink. Could not order different bun, so had to get seeded, so I could scrape them off later. NO employees to be seen, except 2 on break, so no one to ask for assistance. Had to use card to pay- I guess that's so you can't walk out? A lady finally asked if I had the Big Mac; after waiting 30 minutes no "sorry about the wait"? Wait time, semi warm food, lack of respect for customer- why spend your time & money here?

I mean, it's McDonald's (says it all). But the frys were nice and crispy, the shake machine wasn't down (like most always are), and the burgers weren't just smooshed together.So all-in-all, not bad for a Micky D's.

Never have I ever reviewed McDonald’s on Google. It’s McDonald’s, we all know what to expect here. This McDonald’s is amazing. It’s clean and quick, and the food is as fresh as McDonalds food can be. But the employees here make the experience top notch. They’re kind, happy, and go out of their way to make your experience good.

2nd time going to this McDonald’s as it’s closer to our house and horrible food again. Black hair in our nuggets and no one in our home has black hair or even dark hair at all for that matter… GROSS!!The fries now both times have been nothing like the normal McDonald’s fries they are crunchy dry and extra extra well done and taste stale like and old. Like theyRe-cook extra fries they made too much of or something. Is this like some kind of bootleg knock off McDonalds cause sure seems like it. If so should half the price for garbage food, I still wouldn’t return it is that bad. We will drive further next time as this is the only one that is AWFUL!!!I urge anyone to just drive further to another McDonalds cause this one is NASTY!!!

Been coming here since open.Did an online pickup tonight and waited longer than usual. (2 in drive thru). I ordered 3 burgers, 2 large fries and a drink. I also ordered 4 things of ranch. After I received my food and delivered it to my father who is currently sick, and opened the bag to find no ranch? My father and I don’t eat fries with out ranch. That’s why we ordered it. ANYWAY I had called and asked for them to bring it out to my car and asked for new fries because ours were cold by the time I got back. I was hung up on, and brought out ranch in the workers no gloved hands and got them dumped into my lap. Fries where? Didn’t bring them out. This was ridiculous! Customer service is an all time low for this location. Will be posting on app for area to have people avoid
