This place was good about a month - month and a half ago. I normally get an ice cream cone or McFlurry at night around 11PM, but now their ice cream magically is unavailable after 11PM-12AM. It makes no sense to me, I used to work at a soft serve ice cream business when I was younger and it’s not like you have to store the soft serve back in the freezer or something, it says cold in the machine and comes in bags you attach to tubes.I guess it’s a sign, no more ice cream after I eat dinner and relax a little bit. The only conclusion I’ve come to is they don’t want to clean the machines and go home right when they close. I’m sure the general manager would find this interesting. I know working in fast food isn't the most glorious or interesting job but at least you weren’t making $6.75 an hour like I was.

The customer service in the drive thru has always been great. However, I came inside today and it’s very nice but the service was not; they seemed irritated by people inside. There was a long line and no one working the counter. None of the guests that walked up were acknowledged, but rather a person turned and shouted “use the kiosk, it’s quicker” to everyone in line. Many people walked out at that point. Some of us stayed and used the kiosk but the wait for the food was way too long. They spent a lot of money to make the dining room nice but don’t seem to want people to use it.

Today after work I decided to go and order McDonald from here because it’s Super close to my work I order everything with pickles because my kids are allergic to pickles they decide to put extra pickles my order was not even complete I was missing two burgers three of my burgers, hot pickles good thing, I checked the burgers for my kids, eating them or biting in them because at this point, I will probably be at the hospital with two kids this is really unprofessional and it’s dangerous

Purchased a Sausage Egg McMuffin at drive-thru. When I got home, opened it to find NO EGG in my EGG McMuffin. Hard to justify $17-18/hr with that kind of work. ?

The establishment looked clean and well-maintained. Some stains could be seen on a few tables. The team members didn’t clean them yet. The hand dryer in the restroom was not working; it’s probably broken. The cashier was friendly and helpful.Parking: Enough parking space in the parking lot.
Shut down this McDonalds before someone gets sick. The tea was foul. The “fresh” fries we waited an extra 5 minutes on were orange-ish brown and tasted like mold and friar oil that hadn’t been changed in days. Literally threw out half our order and everyone feels sick.

Update: Wait for 20 to 30mins. When they make my food right it's ok but 9 out of 10 times it's not even my order I get (edit ) the past 5 times I have gone to this place in the past month they have not made one of my orders right. All I order is a quarter pounder with only cheese it's not that hard to do. I get it is a crappy job but it's a basic one and if you cant even manage to do it what's the point.Even more updates: yet again. I order this way so that it pops up as a special order so hopefully they would pay attention I guess not. Still manage to mess it up ?Update: you have to give credit were credit Is due. Over the last year and a 1/2 they have definitely stepped up their game. The quality of their food has improved as well as the quality of their service. Is it perfect no, however, it is much better than it used to be, and I'd think that deserves to be noted.
