Terrible service, one of the ladies who serves has a terrible attitude, I asked her for a prepared elote and I asked her if I could add salt and lemon, and she told me no, that it only had cream, cheese and chili. And he only gave me those 3 ingredients.I also asked him for a glass of chopped fruit and asked him what kind of fruit he had and when I told him without pineapple, he rolled his eyes.I think that if you don't like working in customer service, change jobs.Because of that experience I will never go to that paleteria again.

Every time I have came in, they are always closed even though we show up an hour before and they always say they are closing. The few times we've been able to get food there has been terrible customer servicio. Food is good but the workers need lots of improvement.

Food wasn't the best warm, for strawberries and cream, and the service took a min. Granted only one very dull, slow, toned teen, could barely hear them and the tables still were up and the walking Matt was rolled up on a table, floor was dirty, for being an hour open I would expect more, open prepping. Garbage was full. And really expensive 20$ for two small orders
