Person who helped us seemed to hate their job, couldn't make eye contact, appeared to be high. Put way too much sauce on my pizza that it became unenjoyable. Typical love mod pizza, but thus person shouldn't be employed. Visit was at 7pm

When i walked in And asked if my order was ready, they all ignored me. I had put an order in for three pizzas and they were all made incorrectly. The first pizza had so much pesto sauce that it Made it soggy and had jalapeños that we didn’t ask for on the second pizza there was absolutely no cheese on it and the third pizza we got was a cheese, extra pepperoni and instead they gave us extra cheese and five pieces of pepperoni. When I called the store to get a refund, the lady seemed irritated and showed no interest or care, and what our problem was with the order. She authorized a refund to my card, but When I asked if I could get the refund receipt emailed, or possibly get the number that’s on the receipt just to verify she declined giving me that information also, allowing that she did not know when it would be refunded to me .however, she did still authorize the refund to my account as 02/28/2024. The order number is 25024824086953988

Sold on the first try! I had heard a lot about MOD Pizza, and finally got to try it. Went for the second time the other day and had great customer service (including a mistake in our order but they handled it above and beyond). I love the build-your-own (like Subway or Chipotle) style. And overall it was a great sized pizza with an emphasis on toppings!Dietary restrictions: They offer a Gluten-Free crust, as well as a cauliflower crust, as alternatives.Parking: It can sometimes be a challenge to park during busy hours, as it shares a lot with a few other restaurants and Trader Joes.

The guys making your pizza here are the worst. They messed up 2 of the 3 pizzas we ordered. When we told them said "oh well is it your pizza?" Pretty rude after I tipped them prior on the order as well. They didn't offer any remedy.
A person not on the clock walks in, goes behind the counter and makes himself a pizza. He put gloves on but didn’t even wash his hands. Where is management? The service and professionalism is going downhill. Have some high expectations.

The 1 star is purely because of the quality of the food. Every other aspect of the visit was horrendous. The service was probably the worst I've ever experienced. From openly getting frustrated with my order, TOWARDS ME, to being completely absent (probably on drugs). The employees definitely understand the company name, as they MODded the atmosphere to something I've never experienced before. On top of that, ALL the tables were dirty. 0/10 service. Ya'll are lucky I like your food.
