scheduled an online order a hour ahead for the most simplistic order. just a pepperoni pizza, arrive to pick it up and nothings on the pick up rack and the dishwater blonde hair gentleman tells me ill go try to find it and continues to waste my time checking random things and looking at things on other employees phones while i'm waiting and i have somewhere to be, hence preordering a hour ahead. the only thing that the other employee could say was "that sucks bro". buddy started trying to make one after i asked for them to just refund my money. this happened last time i went to this location so i already knew this was likely going to happen again. this location sucks

I have edited my review due to the following... the last few times, I have ordered the NY style pepperoni pizza and a side salad. Each time, it has not been ready. I have been later to pick up and the order was not finished. I have had to ask for the salad and dressing every time, since there are usually non available in the case(my orders have all been online). As far as the pizza goes, I will let the photos speak for themselves. The store was quiet each time. The person working usually sends off an attitude of some kind. This is the only location I have had these issues with.
I was late picking up the order, my fault. I could not understand the young man mumbling, he charged me anyways for a missing item and didn't blink an eye. I went back in and didn't think he could figure out how to do a refund. They needed better training and support.

They were all wonderful. Some guy came in all upset his order wasn’t ready for a food delivery he was doing and they handled it so well. They were just lovely kids :)
It took 40 mins for them to make 1 medium pizza I had placed ahead of time. When asked what’s going on, I was told “we had so many orders come in, we just put them all in a stack.”Last I checked you’re supposed to fill the order, in the order it was placed. There’s a reason we ordered ahead. There’s absolutely no reason to wait 40 mins for a pizza you guys aren’t even baking. Ridiculous.

Got my pizza delivered by Uber eats. I will take your word for it that I got extra chicken and feta cheese. I'm sure that when you order extra sun dried tomatoes on a Chk Bcn Art you should get at least 1 tomatoe.Called the store and there solution was for me to drive the pizza back and have them fix it. Come on Man.Almost snapped on the poor kid on other line. Do better be better.

Never got notified that my one pizza was ready. Got to the store 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. They hadn't even started it yet. First they said they couldn't do refunds because there was no manager, then said they would just take my information. Eventually they said they could do cash back. Then they couldn't calculate simple change and kept giving me the wrong amount back. So frustrating. I'll never come back to Papa Murphys again.

This location is poorly managed. Not only is it always slow but the customer service is bad. Most recently, and my last time I'll ever go there, I asked if I could modify the sauce (due to my allergy to it) and I was told that I could. Then when the employee realized he forgot to modify as requested, he asked if it was ok. When I (very politely) mentioned that I couldn't eat it due to my allergy, he went and told another employee (manager/owner?) who then finished making the pizza with the existing sauce that I'm allergic to and handed it to me saying that they don't accept modifications so I either had to take that pizza or he'd give me a refund and I can order something else. I did re-order a new pizza and thought that it would at least be prioritized since I had already waited 20 minutes for the 1st pizza. But it wasn't. My order went to the back of the queue.

Phoned an order in, told me 10-15 min. Showed up 20 min, still hadn't started my order. Not the first time this location has sucked.
It’s funny to watch these untrained children fumble around while the orders stack up. I ordered 30 minutes ahead of time and waited an extra 15 when I got there. 3 kids, one trying the other two watching not having a clue what to do next. It was a slow Monday night. Management might want to start taking this business more seriously.

I normally don't leave bad reviews. Don't get me wrong I absolutely love Papa Murphy's it's the only place I will get pizzas. However this location is terrible. I ordered a dairy free pizza because I am lactose intolerant. When I opened my pizza someone had put the correct cheese on the bottom but proceeded to put dairy cheese all over the top of the pizza. I had to take all of it off by hand to even eat my pizza. And then to make matters worse. I bit into a piece of pizza and there's a plastic tagger piece from something on my pizza. This is ridiculous.
First when you and your coworkers are behind leave the cell phone alone. No need to go answer it just because someone is calling. Walked in to pick up our online order and my tag was with the wrong pizza, one worker started the correct pizza but oddly didn't finish it. After waiting 25 minutes pizza was headed to me barely wrapped. Workers needed to take a breath and just focus on what they're doing. Guy answering the phone also made the comment "I feel obligated to answer this", yeah it's part of the job.
