Ordered with extra cheese...they probably pinched a bit of cheese and called it good. There was no significant difference between their regular cheese and extra and I got charged more. I regularly purchase Xtra cheese pizzas from the 8th Street location and the contrast is real! Order from 8th Street for extra cheese...Broadway is a joke. Also, delivery driver came in after me and they overlooked me standing in the front and asked him for an order while mine is being used as a tray.

We placed an order online that initially showed a 25 minute wait, but after the order was placed it showed 1.5hrs. We went in at about the 30 minute mark to be told it would take at least an additional 45 minutes, for 2 pies. As we waited for our order another customer came in and left with about 8 pizzas, answering the reason for the delay. However we also noted only one employee making the food, while the other 2 appeared to be watching the counter and possibly stocking ingredients. After the 45 minutes was up we approached the counter again to be greeted by the same employee who asked again what we were there to pick up. We had never left the building, but she seemed to have forgotten the only customers in the place.The pizza, after all the wait was good and nice big pizzas. While the food was good, the lack of information that our order would take so long will likely deter us from returning to this location for a while.Parking: Finding the storefront is a bit more difficult at night, as the store sign has no lights. We passed the turn into the business twice, looping around behind to park and walk to the store.
I ordered delivery through DoorDash. I enjoyed the pizza and have no complaints about the quality. My only suggestion would be to change your delivery packaging from styrofoam to cardboard. The pizza is hot and therefore melted a hole into the styrofoam. Styrofoam is made from polystyrene, which is a type of plastic. When melted, it can release toxic fumes and chemicals that can be harmful to your health. Please take this into consideration and change your packaging or wrap the pizza so it is not touching the styrofoam. Thank you.

Love that it's open so late. It's great for a college town and has great variety. If you're looking for really good pizza, the Wylder is far better in taste and overall a nicer place. But Piehole is perfect for a late night, whether you need a few slices or a few whole pizzas. Highly recommend trying it out!
