I have not gone to a pita pit restaurant in a very long time. In truth, the only reason I stumbled upon this one is because I had gotten lost driving in Boise.The staff was very friendly and helpful to my dietary restrictions. The food was quick and very delicious. Finding that restaurant was a happy accident for sure.

My coworker and I went there for lunch yesterday and it got us both sick. The kitchen area looked really dirty and on top of that the pita bread was wet and soggy. That was the first time I've ever went to the Broadway Pita Pit and it will be the last. I usually go to the one in Meridian and it tastes a lot better and I've never gotten sick going to that one.

Absolutely loved this place! The staff were so friendly and made us feel right at home! The food was delicious and so wase the trü frü. Will absolutely come back when we stop by Boise again!

The front door was unlocked, but we were told we could only order online due to staffing. The orders came out small and dry with little flavor. We won't be back to this location.

Horrible bought a pita and dip appetizer and a gyro pita. Excited but didn't get hummus or any dip at all. The pita for the dip was cold. Called and asked where the dip was. Was asked what dip cause we have a few different ones? So I told him. He said "we're out of that." Well I'm sorry okay so why not add another dip if it's being paid for? He says yeah idk I see what you mean... what kinda customer service you doing mannn

Ive been eating at pita pitt for years now every once in a while. I guess some people have had bad opinions about the place but honestly i really enjoy the food and the new management seems really nice. I like eating gyros alot and they taste really good there. One usually fills me up and being able to customize them is great. At one point since i had to walk i was hitching a ride there whenever i could i do wish there were more of these places available around town. Anyways i would recommend at least trying it it tastes great and is really healthy to eat but health aside it does taste really gooood. ? check them out sometime overall me and my friends agree we would come back.

I ordered the falafel salad with 2x falafel (I love it that much) with the secret sauce on the side. I ordered it online, popped out of work, picked up my order, and went back to work. Dug into my salad and it was SOOOOO salty I could not eat it. I tried eating it and I just couldn't. I have been eating this same meal for years and have never had a bad one, until now, I won't be back to this location any time soon. I did call the store and the young guy on the phone told me it was the dressing spices and I could try a different one. I only wanted to let them know how bad it was to save the next falafel lover. Overall, I wasted $16 on food I can't eat.
Great spot to grab a tasty lunch! Stopped in during a BSU game, it was pretty busy, but the folks working were friendly, pretty quick and the pita was delicious!Parking: Parking Lot

Great, filling sandwich. The falafel is crunchy and crispy and they'll put on as many veggies as you want to bulk it up. Their pitas are always soft and they have a lot of sauces to choose from for more flavor. I love both the hummus and tzaiki. They also do an awesome BLT that is good with ranch or mayo. I think this place is a great alternative to a sandwich for lunch and they're always fast. For the same price as a sub you get a lot more veggies and some unique options. Definitely try it out.

I've gotten their quinoa and brown rice bowls twice, and each time its been mediocre. First time, the rice was so hard I couldn't even chew it; second time, the rice was watery. Not good quality at all.

I ordered a custom Buffalo chicken pita with a drink, but instead was given a Buffalo chicken pita with the toppings of their choice. Or "how it comes". I told the guy it was supposed to be custom but the poor kid seemed so stressed out with the rush i decided to just take it and not ask for a remake. Went to take a drink of my soda and it was so flat! Truly tasted like water with sprite flavoring. Just awful. I came back a few weeks later with a coworker and sure enough had another bad experience. Order was incorrect and one was missing sauces. Overly prices for such shitty quality of food. The Caldwell and Nampa locations have gone out of service and it's only a matter of time until this one does too. Just awful!
