I love these sandwiches. Wish they used better quality meats. Without all the added stuff in them.

Came in yesterday afternoon and ordered a sandwich with roast beef and turkey. Requested a lot of mayonnaise on the bread. Both ladies decided they needed to comment on my request; I laughed along, but was quite uncomfortable that it was even an issue to be commented on. The first lady had sliced the meat & cheese and put it on my sandwich. When it was handed off to the second lady she started picking off half the roast beef and went on a minute long instruction to the first lady about it. Not sure what happened to the meat she picked off? If it was just thrown away or what? One second it was in the prep table and the next it was gone. Can't imagine picking off meat from a customer's sandwich right in front of them and would rather waste it by throwing it away instead. First off, the meat that the first lady had put on looked like the right amount to me for a 2 foot long sandwich that I was paying nearly $20 for. Second, I couldn't believe that the second lady was doing that right in front of me and not just letting it be. Then, after I had gone with my sandwich she should have instructed the other lady on meat portions she thinks are appropriate. After the second lady was done picking off half the meat on my sandwich she asked me what vegetables I wanted. I requested a lot of spinach and a lot of onions. She was sparse with the spinach and the onions. Then I requested oil & vinegar and some pepper. She then asked if that was it. I then requested more onions. She then decided to comment on the amount of onions I wanted. I also wanted more spinach, but decided because of the uncomfortable nature of constantly being given their unsolicited comments on how or what I want on my sandwich, that I would just not ask for more spinach on MY sandwich. Why do your employees think it is appropriate or customer service oriented to comment on how someone would like their sandwich? I was super friendly and smiling the whole time. Please & thank you for everything, as I do everywhere else. It's like they had absolutely no clue that they are making a sandwich to MY liking, not theirs. My sandwich order was nothing extravagant: #18 Roast beef, Turkey & Pepper Jack Cheese on White Bread with a lot of mayo on the bread, lots of spinach & onions, oil & vinegar, and pepper. Just make MY sandwich without comment on how I like it. Again, they are not making a sandwich to their liking. They are making a sandwich to MY liking. A sandwich that I am going to eat. A sandwich that I am paying for. The whole interaction was so uncomfortable that I'm not coming back to experience that again. I'd rather just go to Subway. You get more meat there anyway for cheaper and I can't even tell the difference between Port of Subs sandwiches and Subways', except for your high prices for less meat and the constant commenting on how I like my sandwich. I just stared coming to Port of Subs instead of Subway recently (was in this store the day before with my family). It was uncomfortable the day before as well. Only the second lady was there that time and she made comments about the mayo then, too. I decided to come back the next day to give it another try, but again, the same thing X2 and then some. I thought I'd give your store a try, but I'll just stick with what works for my wallet & anxiety...Subway.

Prices here are high for what you get. I got the regular vegetarian sandwich. It has a lot of cheese, which I can see is a way to create value for vegetarians, but it ends up just feeling really heavy and overly right. They don't put on a lot of vegetables so the balance between that and the cheese makes the sandwich just feel stodgy. The bread was somewhat stale, and the avocado seemed more like a spread than fresh avocado. The server here was friendly and efficient and made my sandwich well. For the price, it was over ten dollars for my sandwich, a drink, and a tip, which seemed like a lot for what I ended up getting. I'd go to subway over coming here. The sandwiches here just aren't anything interesting.

We ordered 4 trays of food/sandwiches for my Mother's Celebration of Life which was Saturday at 2 went to pick up the food at 1:30 to find out they were completely closed down I guess for a emergency we didn't get a phone call or nothing didn't even know until we went to get our food they really left us in a bind No food with 35 people had to run to Albertsons buy all the fixings for sandwiches and our guests all pitched in to make sandwiches so disappointed ? would not recommend port of subs for any thing ? they made the sadist day in our life so much worse

My sammy was okay, but a toasted sammy should be hot all the way through, not just on the bread. Dude helping also seemed surprised when I wanted my “hot” pastrami sammy “heated.” I’m thinking had my food been prepared by someone a bit more in tune or trained, I’d have had a better experience…

Laura the gal I had delt with when coming to get some sandwiches for my office. My orders were all altered and special requests. She was friendly and always had a smile on her face. The food was amazing and the restaurant was very clean. I will definitely be going back

Came in to pick up an order of 7 sandwiches for DoorDash, the employee was there alone and already working on three of them. Half an hour later, I am not exaggerating, he informs me he "only" has 2 left. Another customer came in and left they did not want to keep waiting. My heart goes out to employee shortages, but 5+ minutes per sandwich is not anywhere near a standard at any sandwich place. I could have done two more deliveries in this time, not to mention those first sandwiches will be at least 45 minutes old by the time they are delivered. There are no other orders. Just me and this one poor employee who could definitely use more support before being left to run the store alone. Also, their menu is not correct in DoorDash.

Grill didn't work, so they microwaved everything? Sloppy, bland, over priced = never again.
