I think it’s pretty stupid that you can’t use your birthday reward unless you dine in , I was going to use for take out, but was told no only for dine in,what if someone could not make it in due to a disability

Seems to go more and more downhill every time we visit and not worth the price increase. Burger is always mush by the time it gets to the table. Wait staff / management rushed every interaction and runs off while you're mid-sentence about something order related. I'd understand if the restaurant was busy but this was 4pm and dead on a Thursday. Unimpressed and disappointed. Since you have so many sauces I always request the staff to give me random ones so I could try them all. Made it so easy "Anything but your two main sauces campfire sauce and garlic aioli, anything else besides those" I always ask so nicely and tip very well. Server completely forgot first time, told person who brought food the same thing and they brought campfire and garlic aioli. Musty tasting soft drinks. Just a lot of build up of little things

Burgers are not worth the price especially when you have to pay extra for sweet potato fries. There are much better burgers elsewhere for less.

I am absolutely disgusted I sat on the experience for the whole weekend and I’m still upset. I have two toddlers under 2. We went out for dinner as most parents do. We got seated and waited 30+ minutes and guess what we never got even a cup of water or anything. Every single server in the building seemed like we weren’t their problem. I made direct contact with three servers and they never responded. WTH after 30 minutes of trying to keep my toddlers calm I finally walked out why ? Because clearly staff could seat 4 tables after us and couldn’t be bothered to even give us a drink yet, each table sat after us when we left had drinks and even appetizers I’m absolutely disgusted. I have never ever be treated this horribly, we drove a whole hour to get some food our toddlers we starving and instead of getting food we had, to leave wait another 30 minutes and eat somewhere else.Kid-friendliness: Would love to leave a positive review, yet your service was disappointing and disgusting I shouldn’t have had to have left and then been told oh I’m so sorry as we walk out . Do better. My kids were not even screaming or anything bad. They were thirsty and hungry yet we had no food or even water after 30 minutes. I’m disgusted.

Red Robin presents an interesting culinary adventure with its varied menu, featuring both classic and innovative choices. My visit to this burger-centric eatery offered a mixed bag of experiences. Starting with the Whiskey River Chicken Sandwich, it was satisfactory. The melding of flavors between the tangy barbecue sauce and the tender chicken created a pleasant, though not outstanding, taste experience. On the vegetarian front, the Impossible Burgers were a hit, closely mimicking the texture and savor of traditional beef, and served alongside their signature steak fries and special fry sauce, which added a nice touch to the meal. However, not everything was up to par. The Coke, disappointingly flat, detracted from the overall enjoyment of the meal. Furthermore, the restrooms, located conveniently at the front, are in dire need of an update, suggesting a bit of neglect in maintaining the restaurant's facilities.Despite these shortcomings, Red Robin shines with its overall atmosphere. The ambiance is remarkably inviting, striking a balance between casual dining and a spirited environment, making it a great spot for families and friends. The food, while having room for improvement in certain areas, is generally delicious and provides a satisfying experience for those looking to indulge in hearty American fare. In conclusion, while there are aspects that Red Robin could refine, the establishment offers a pretty dang good dining experience that's worth exploring.

I would usually give a 5, but the food was just ok. Fries were not hot. Service was a bit slow. One person did not like the teriyaki chicken sandwich (but not sure they had it previously, so not marking down for that

The app can be a little cumbersome to use, and sometimes order options like "no pickles" don't seem to go through so you end up getting pickles but overall Red Robin is consistently good food with great service.
