I went with a group for a birthday dinner. The restaurant was nice and service was good. We had calamari and bang shrimp for apps. The calamari was served in a heavy sauce so it was more gooey instead of traditional fried. I got a filet minion with lobster tail and mashed potatoes. For as expensive as the steak was and as much as they pride in quality steaks it didn't seem any better than anywhere else. Overall I felt it was way over priced for the quality.

There was a party of 14 of us. Polished service as if it was just a table of 2. Food was the predictive excellence that you'd expect. Everyone was served at once, all food was hot and cooked the way we wanted. All around perfect!

Really good. Overpriced for sure but really good. If you are looking to spend an absurd amount of money for that special night, this place just might be the right place.

After having a poor experience here 10ish years ago we went back at the recommendation of some friends. Ended up getting a few drinks, filets, sides and a desert and we're pleasantly surprised. Steaks were cooked to perfection, the drinks were well made and generously poured, and the sides were great too. Our server also made sure we were taken care of at all times during our meal without being intrusive. We'll be back more often after this experience.

Really gross tasting BBQ shrimp which we sent back, and 45 minutes later vomiting.

The sides are mediocre. For instance, the Brussel sprouts were mushy, and the augratin potatoes were made with cheddar cheese, which solidified quickly. There are very few seafood options.

I’ve never chosen to eat here, but when invited I have joined. 2 out of 3 times more than one person has had to send the steaks back. It’s a chain so you’re going to be getting meals curated for the masses so don’t expect anything special. Best to go to Chandlers. It’s the same price point and has a better local selection of world class beef.

Been here a few times and it is usually the type of service you expect from this chain - top notch! They give smaller portions of mashed potatoes then the one we usually go to which is a bummer, but I will say the Caesar salad is amazing. The amount of cheese on it is superb.Last time we were in for our anniversary and we got the only guy who has been there since this location opened. He was amazing! :)

Great food but BEWARE of planning group events! My friend reserved a room for a work dinner presentation. Since the clients canceled, I was lucky enough to tag along. The food was absolutely delicious! However, they made her pay full price for 9 empty seats…This would be understandable except that when we asked for another piece of cake, the waiter said “no, that’s all we have prepared for you” …Remember my friend paid for NINE full meals that included dessert worth $150/person that they didn’t have to cook and yet they couldn’t even give us one of those pieces of cake?!? This just seems so bizarre to me. They should have allowed her to take ALL the food she PAID for. I would even go as far as to say RCSH was dishonest and their “policy” needs to change. The bill ended up being $3,350 for 15 servings (which they only let us have 6 of) in a private room with a TV. I might go back someday for an anniversary dinner but I will definitely never plan a group event there.

Pure awesomeness.

The food was excellent — my dad kept saying it was the perfect meal! Our steaks were delicious and perfectly done. Only minor complaint was the meal took over 2 hrs from start to finish and we had a 22 month old with us. We did ask for things to come out more together but it didn't really make a difference. It was a special occasion to go out and my dad wanted Ruth's Chris so that's why we chose it. Even without a toddler, there were definite lulls in the timing of when we ordered and the progression of the meal. So service 3/5 but the rest of our experience was 5/5. Thanks!

everything was amazing! The staff and service were top notch and the food cooked to perfection. The only drawback was that it was very cold (as if the door to the outside was opening all the time). I had to wear my coat the entire evening :(
