Very disappointed everytime I go to this location but it’s the one next to my work but I try to go somewhere else if I can. I had a free drink, and ordered an iced coffeee with a splash of half and half A SPLASh, not half the cup full. I don’t understand how an iced coffee can turn into such a disaster when it’s one of the most simplest drinks to make even if you do add-ons, it should never look like this or taste like this. I almost wish that they would wait to add the creamer until you pick it up at the window seeing as they don’t know how to gauge with a splash is. It looks like a chai, and it tastes awful.

Got my order wrong today. I frequent this location cause it's on my way home as I jump on the freeway. I didn't realized how gross my coffee was till I was already on the freeway and headed back home to Mountain Home. Not very happy this morning!!!

I stopped into this Starbucks ( random. not my usual location) I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service I was given by Megan . Genuine, nice conversation, I really felt appreciated. I'll be sure to add those location to my Boise area rotation now.

Took veteran daughter in…So they offer black coffee ONLY, refused to brew decaf for her! The staff was completely OVERWHELMED with the amount of people there. COMPLETELY disappointed as we walked out empty handed. Come on Starbucks for the amount of money you charge for your products you would think you could offer our military more than a black cup of coffee!

Stopped to get coffee through drive through at 6:50, open until 6:50 takes maybe 5 minutes to make coffee. No one answered. Proceeded to park. Walked up to entrance. Doors were locked. As I tried opening the door an employee hid by ducking down. Closing down the store earlier than their posted hours. Pretty disappointing do better .
