Service was great as always, and drinks and food met expectations. The bathroom was filthy, however, and floors and many tables needed cleaned. We stopped in about 730 and it wasn't super busy. Perhaps there had been a morning rush.

Love this Starbucks, come everyday and get the same order without any difficulties. Today however I had a really negative experience. Emilia at the window was cold from the start. When scanning my phone she refused to stick her hand out the window and made me physically move. Then upon getting our drinks I knew from the start that it was visually wrong and expressed this, she told me it wasn’t wrong and made me feel uncomfortable asking her to remake it. This was overall very disappointing because my coffee is the only consistent thing in my life and she ruined it for me.

I have been so several Starbucks & in different states. This is definitely in my top 3! The service was super friendly. The strawberry blended lemonade isn't on the main menu but available and blended to perfection. They heated up my cake piece and had yummy food overall. I think the tomato mozz panini could have been better but i believe those are pre pkg'd.

Seth and his crew are bullies when you call them out for their attitude and service. They mess up and they refuse service. I frequent there a lot which doesn't mean a thing to them.
I will never return.
Im usually happy with this Starbucks, but guess I will open the lid before driving away from now on. What’s the point in ordering a venti if it’s going to look like this before even having a sip? The parking and line was way too congested to turn around and have it corrected. Luckily the little coffee shop in St. Luke’s kindly let me top it off with drip coffee!
