I only have 30 minutes for lunch, and despite being the only customer in the building and there being 4+ employees- they still somehow managed to get my order completely wrong. Luckily, I was able to get my sandwich remade for free on a later date, they also threw in a few free cookies. Customer service is great, let's just hope they don't repeat their mistakes.

Angel made my sandwich at this location and he provided the best service I’ve had at a Subway in a long time! Very professional, efficient, and kind. He was wiping tables in between customers and was very helpful.

I did not like the experience i had at subway, im a minor, and they were asking very personal and inappropriate things i did not appreciate it. They asked what i was up to that day and i said i was out shopping and they proceeded to ask where and for who, which might seem normal and causal but it was not in that way. They asked a would you rather inappropriate joke and that’s not appropriate, honestly never coming back. The food was not good it was soggy and the turkey tasted weird. I’ve had better subway experiences than this.

This worker named Damian made my sandwich exquisitely!!! He put the perfect amount of tomatoes and pickles on it which complimented the amazing flavour of the turkey. His service was absolutely amazing and we had a great conversation about Halloween. He said “have a good day” and it immediately put a smile on my face!! I will definitely be dining here again!

I was very impressed with the customer service I received this evening. Typically when I come in to a restaurant within an hour of close time I find employees are typically impatient or unenthusiastic. (Which is completely understandable)This wasn’t the case this evening.The team lead Damien not only made the two sandwiches I ordered perfectly but he provided a nice conversation and I was taken back by his kind demeanor and professionalism. It’s service like this that makes customers want to to make excuses to come back regularly.As a lone mandalorian once put it.. “This is the way.”And I have to say, this evening, subway off Eagle and McMillan is the subWAY ?Thanks Damien!
