Ordered on the app and still had to wait 20 minutes after the promise time when I got to the store to find out my sandwich was made wrong to begin with, they were out of bread and they were out of pickles and black olives. No apologies or anything. I definitely won't be back and recommend you go to another Subway too unless you want a headache and some awful food

I stopped coming to this location a couple years ago after watching employees come out of the back and immediately proceed to making sandwiches, without washing their hands nor change gloves between touching selves, computer, etc. and going back to sandwiches. Strange to be here again and see that nothings changed. You dont have to have good customer service, (like this location constantly does NOT) BUT, at least be hygienic... This location needs to take food safety classes.... Have signs posted on computer etc.. to remind employees to wash hands and switch gloves between actions.I'm amazed you're still open.

Ordered 2 meatball subs... they put one meatball per each 6 inch sub, ridiculous, it was nothing but bread and sauce. What you see here is 90% of the sub, literally one meatball in the front on both halves, the rest looked like this. Extra cheese which I ordered, not even any

09/03/2023 - 9:45pmYour sign out front states “we have gluten free lettuce.” Are you making a joke with people who have Celiac disease who NEED to be gluten free?When you have this disease you need to be gluten free. What’s so funny about that? Look into this disease that actual people have. It will literally cause damage to a person if not taken seriously. If you aren’t careful and you cross contaminate you will cause a person pain for several days to weeks. Distasteful.Wish I could have gotten a picture of this.Dietary restrictions: No such thing here
