I walked in and Cody one of the people who's been there for years still hasn't gotten out of the window and done his job. Standing around and making drivers and customers wait about 30-45 minutes for food is ridiculous. I understand it's late and y'all wanna close. Get it together. That happened 1 time when I worked there and never happened again due to dedication and hard work. Don't be a lazy bum and stand around bossing orders at people. Step up or step down from your position.

It'd be nice if they communicated that the lobby is CLOSED with a SIGN ON THE DOOR. I saw multiple people standing inside and waited for nearly 5 mins to be told that the lobby is closed.... They were all waiting for online orders. Not to mention the drive thru is always insanely long. I thought the Ontario Taco Bell had issues...

Waited to order after walking in for 10 minutes. Was repeatedly made eye contact with by employees, but never acknowledged or had anyone so much as an attempt to help us with our order. If I could give a 0 out of five, I would. Very disappointing. Decided to leave rather than waste more of my valuable time.

The lady at the drive through was very friendly. But we had 4 online orders for 4 different people and we were forced to go and turn around to go through the drive through FOUR SEPERATE TIMES. Every time we turned around there was new cars in line. Waste of time. Stupidest rule I’ve ever heard. If it wasn’t for the nice lady at the window this would be 0 stars if I could. I wasn’t expecting much from this, because it is Taco Bell, but that was outrageous. Whatever rule this is, it needs to be gone immediately. Unbelievable.

Their food is great, the place is dirt in some spots. But the reason I am giving it 3 stars is because it took almost an hour to get the food and there was no line.
Menu is completely unreadable and if I wasn't with someone else who knew what they wanted I would have left. The changing images is a negative and makes the menu even harder to read.

The slowest worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in my life. Probably worst fast food location at that. Employees are slow and the manager is disrespectful to not only customers but also employees. More than half the time he sits on his cell phone doing god knows what.

I rarely go to taco bell anymore, the prices are ridiculous but decided I wanted to try their breakfast. I went through the drive through just before 11 and was talking with the person at the drive through about what was in the breakfast crunchrap and breakfast quesadilla and decided on the crunchwrap. I decided on a drink and then noticed the menu changed and I couldn't see any of the breakfast items anymore not knowing they stop breakfast orders at 11....I paid and left and found a regular crunchwrap in my bag. I guess they decided since I paid after 11 I couldn't get breakfast but they didn't mention that.
