So every time I order taco bell I always get the potato fiesta bowl its a staple from my childhood every time i get it from here they kill the potatos it's like the potatos gets forgotten about cooking in oil or just setting in oil then cooked nd forgotten everything else is good

Prices go up, quality goes down. If I'm the only person in line there's no excuse for rushing so fast to make my food that you forget to add the sauce and fail to melt the cheese on a crunchwrap. Your coffee machine has been "broken" for 4 months at least which is crazy because it's hot water and beans. We've been doing that for centuries. The meal boxes went away and you raise the prices of the combos and yet your employees still aren't paid enough to to care. You were the chosen one!

Came through on 2/19/24. Rudest customer service ever through the drive through. Was greeted as “Heyyyyy Sister.” I’m clearly a male. Was laughed at for getting Diet Coke.Absolutely baffled that this person works here. I too work in restaurants so I understand that it’s tough to find employees but seriously? No quality control whatsoever?Will never be back to this location. The one in garden city they’re super sweet and polite and I’ve never had an issue.Food was mediocre compared to other spots in the valley. Honestly just want a refund (for the poor food and service) and to never deal with this place again.

Always a good place for the good cheap stoner foodEdit 5 years later: was just disappointed with tonight. Didn't ask if we needed any hot sauce, didn't even put our twist in a bag just threw them in like they grabbed a hand full and said that'll work. I try and be understanding as I worked at taco bell before, but no friendly service, just hurry and order and leave.
