I would recommend the melting pot to anybody who wants a nice atmosphere, great service, and a fun experience with the food! not to mention how delicious the cheese and chocolate fondues are.

Service was incredible, and it was an extremely great time and atmosphere. All the food was very good, and the drinks were spectacular. Highly recommend the spinach artichoke cheese fondue, the creme brulee dessert, and the lava flow non alcoholic drink.Parking: Street parking is tough, but there's some pretty cheap lots close by and I believe some parking garages as well. It's downtown right next to the Capitol so time of day plays a big part.Kid-friendliness: Had a party of 7 plus a 1 and a half year old, and they were extremely accommodating.

Had a great time tonight at The Melting Pot. Our bartender Ashley was very pleasant and friendly. Our server Malia was awesome as well. Both girls made our experience a delight. The food was delicious. The Fiesta cheese fondue was yummy as was the Yin Yang chocolate fondue. I am happy with the service I had, because there was a male server waiting on the table next to us that I did not care for. He seemed kind of rude and like he was rushing his table by bringing them all their food at once and asking if they needed boxes while they were still eating. My wife and I were very thankful we had Malia, she spaced everything out and constantly checked on us. She made our night out memorable. Thank you, Malia!
This was my second time being here and I absolutely loved it. I came in 2023 for my birthday and got to wear a cheese wedge hat to celebrate. I came back this year determined to get the hat again and relive the fun moment from the previous year. The general manager Jordan took the time to find it for me and make my birthday that much more fun. Would definitely recommend coming to eat here and will be back again. Our server Alessio was so kind and helpful. Made out experience that more fun and memorable. Will be returning every year for my birthday!

I came here to eat tonight for my anniversary, my waiter was trying to up sell us on everything, even tried to sell us on seasoning. There were kids screaming and babies crying. If I'm going to pay over $100 for two people to eat I don't want to hear that. The food was not filling had to stop at the hotdog stand across the street after spending $160 on dinner. They also don't do anything special for anniversariesTHE VIBE WAS NOT IT.

I had a great dinner here. The waitress was extremely friendly and gave great recommendations. We had a couple drinks that were both tasty. The food was all amazing and the meal was very filling! We came for our anniversary and the table was decorated. It was a very romantic and fun dinner. We will be back next year!

I think they're understaffed. No fault of theirs, but our dinner took almost 3 hours. Food was pretty good. Some of the bread we got was stale or just randomly hard as a rock. The drinks are very fancy, sugary, and not traditional from your typical bar. If you like sweet drinks, you'll like theirs.This place is about the experience of dipping. It's a fun environment, at least to give it a whirl. I don't think we'll be going back, as it's just not our style. But we did enjoy our date night.
